00:00 Hi everyone and welcome to my channel. Today as you can see we're doing a typical fall
00:08 makeup look with a rusty brown and some green shades. It is a night out makeup look with
00:15 a very bold lipstick on. So if you don't feel comfortable with such a dark makeup, you can
00:20 always tone it down by using any nude lipstick instead of this one. Today I decided that
00:27 I will share with you some tips and tricks on blending. Many of my clients struggle with
00:34 that and as we all know blending is the key to flawless makeup. And that is why today
00:40 we're all gonna learn an easy way on how to blend like a pro. So if you like what you're
00:46 seeing just keep on watching. Thanks! Bye!
00:50 Start with a light matte shade and I'm using the one from Zoeva's Cocoa Blend Palette.
00:56 This will help us blend all the colors together. We're going for a matte and dry canvas. So
01:03 you can also use a translucent powder instead of an eyeshadow.
01:09 Let's start with our rusty brown shade. We'll focus today on blending and that's why we'll
01:14 use one of the easiest makeup techniques where we do not have to focus too much on emphasizing
01:20 our crease. Therefore we apply this shade to the center of our eyelid.
01:29 We start blending from the very beginning. That's why right now you should take a brush
01:34 that you used firstly and going back and forth blend the eyeshadow.
01:44 Coming back to our brush with the rusty shade on it, keep adding the shade. Remember that
01:49 blending is taking some of the product away and that's why we need to keep coming back
01:55 with this shade in order to gradually build up the intensity of it.
02:01 I know, I'm doing the same thing over and over again. Well, that's how it's done. In
02:07 the makeup tutorials we always say blend it well but never actually show you how to blend
02:12 it or how much time it really takes. Blend, blend, blend until your arms feel like
02:25 it's about to fall out. I'm applying a gold shade which will give
02:30 us more of the rusty look. Just go back and forth and keep it closer to the center of
02:35 your eyelid rather than going all the way to the crease.
02:40 We want a nice gradual blending of the few shades.
02:53 We add the darkest brown shade into the outer corner of our eye, blending it upwards. This
02:59 will emphasize our crease and add more of the 3D effect to our eye makeup.
03:09 Keep adding the dark shade until you receive the desired shade intensity. Remember to apply
03:14 it gradually with not too much product on the brush at once. Just take your time with
03:20 it. The same dark shade will be applied along the
03:26 upper lash line. We'll blend it in later so it doesn't really have to be very even.
03:46 Blend it in using a clean brush. To emphasize our eye even more, add black
03:55 matte eyeshadow just along the lash line. Tap the product in and that will be much easier
04:02 to apply it. You often ask me why do I do my eye makeup
04:17 first. Well, if you do it first, any eyeshadow that falls onto your cheeks can be then easily
04:22 removed without damaging your foundation. Apply a dark green shade onto the lower lash
04:29 line. Pack it in so that you will not lose any colour intensity.
04:36 Lighter green shade is then added from the inner corner of the eye. Meet both shades
04:41 together and blend it in with a light hand. Add a white eyeshadow to the inner corner
04:51 so that your eyes will appear bigger. I apply a waterproof black eye pencil to my
05:03 waterline and I know that it looks terrifying in the video.
05:09 Apply matte brown shade onto your eyebrows and start with the bottom line. Work your
05:15 way upwards. Add a mascara on. Today we are testing a
05:26 golden rose volume million lashes. I also added a stripe lashes from Ardell and
05:38 that is how a finished eye makeup looks like. Now you can leave it on this stage, however
05:46 I wanted to add some sparkle to it and so I applied a champagne pigment from Inglot
05:52 into the inner corner. For our under eye concealer we will use a
05:58 healthy mix from Bourjois. The foundation that I will be using is also
06:21 a healthy mix foundation from Bourjois. Apply the anti shine powder on the T-zone.
06:31 I also applied on the inner part of my face along the nose line just to make my foundation
06:37 and under eye concealer last longer. As a bronzer I use a Bahama Mama from Debau.
06:44 Remember it is highly pigmented product so you have to use a light hand.
06:50 I also applied along the sides of my nose just to make it a little bit slimmer.
06:57 Today my favourite brush from Debau called Kabar boy.
07:26 Outline your lips with a lip pencil in a similar shade that your lipstick is.
07:34 Blend it well with a clean lip brush pushing the product inwards.
07:41 I don't want the lipstick to be fully matte but I don't want it to be glossy either so
08:09 first of all I apply a reddish looking lipstick from Mac.
08:24 And secondly I use the handkerchief to take the gloss effect away.
08:33 And that's the finished look. Hope you enjoyed it and will find it useful.
08:37 Thanks for watching and see you next time.
08:39 Bye!
