00:00 Hey guys, so today I'm going to be recreating Taylor Swift's makeup that she wore in her
00:19 style video.
00:20 It's very classic and never goes out of style.
00:23 And the first thing I'm going to be doing is applying my Maybelline Fit Me foundation
00:27 all over my face with my Sigma F80 kabuki brush.
00:30 On to the eyes, this part of the tutorial moves very fast so just bear with me.
00:34 I'm going to be priming with my Benefit Stay Don't Stray primer, but first applying a little
00:38 bit of tape to the outer edge of my eye just to keep any shadows I use really sharp.
00:42 And I'm also going to use that as a guideline for my winged liner.
00:45 To set the primer I'm going in with Anastasia cream eyeshadow.
00:49 This is just going to help any other colors blend out much easier when the primer is set
00:54 because it's not going to have that sticky feel.
00:56 Then I'm going to highlight my brow bone with Zoeva Filmstar.
00:58 This is just a really pretty cream color.
01:01 I don't know how it's pretty, but it's a nice bright creamed colored shadow that really
01:04 helps to highlight the brow bone and sharpen up the brows at the same time.
01:08 To contour the eye just a little bit I'm going to be going in with Over You by Zoeva.
01:12 In this video Taylor Swift didn't really have any color going on on her lids, but I wanted
01:16 to add some because I prefer it.
01:18 So I'm just using a fluffy brush to keep this really really diffused.
01:21 Then for the black gel liner I'm going to do my best to emulate her liner, which is
01:25 always very feline-esque.
01:26 So I'm going to go from thin to thick in terms of the wing and I'm really going to extend
01:32 the tip out and up.
01:33 This is why I use the tape because it's very hard for me to do that symmetrically on both
01:36 eyes, but using the tape will keep everything neat and even.
01:40 And then once I peel the tape off I'm just going to darken things up toward the wing
01:43 just so that it doesn't kind of fade off into nothing.
01:46 For lashes I'm going to be using my Ardell Wispies.
01:49 They're very classic, very wispy, and not too bold.
01:53 And they kind of just give a little bit more thickness to your lashes when you're working
01:56 with a wing liner.
01:57 I prefer to always wear falsies individual or something like that when I use a wing liner.
02:03 For concealer and to brighten up my face I will be using my Laura Mercier High Coverage
02:07 Concealer.
02:08 I'm just going to be patting this in with a finger and then blending it out with my
02:11 Morphe G2 brush.
02:12 This is my new favorite concealer brush.
02:14 Oh my god you guys, I will do a review on this.
02:16 I will do a review.
02:18 Then I'm going to set my makeup with my NYX HD Setting Powder.
02:21 This step is really self-explanatory so let's just move right along.
02:26 For bronzer and contouring I'm going to use a really slight amount of my Benefit Hoola
02:30 Bronzer.
02:31 Again, referencing the music video, she didn't really have a lot of contouring or anything
02:34 going on so I wanted to keep that really minimal just to kind of stay in that realm of the
02:39 style video.
02:40 Then for the lips, which is the last step of this look, I'm going with NARS Cruella on
02:44 a lip pencil, a lip brush.
02:46 This is the easiest way to apply these NARS lip pencils.
02:48 They can kind of create a fuzzy outline against your lips straight from the tube so I recommend
02:52 using a lip brush first, then going back in with the pencil to finish off your application.
02:58 Obviously I'm completed, done with this look.
03:00 I'm all over the place.
03:01 I hope you guys found this helpful anyways despite it being so quick.
03:04 I'll be back in a few days with another video for you guys so I will talk to you then.
03:08 Bye!
