00:00 This Halloween let's Cinema Secrets transform you into the mistress of the dark.
00:05 I begin by applying the Ultimate Foundation in the color Elvira to the entire face, neck, and chest using a sponge wedge.
00:13 Using the powder puff, I set the foundation with Cinema Secrets Colorless Ultimate Setting Powder.
00:19 With the blush brush, I contour the neck and jawline using Cinnamon Spice Ultimate Blush.
00:24 Using the same brush and color, I repeat the process on the cheekbones.
00:29 I then use the Fuchsia Ultimate Eyeshadow to highlight and blend the two colors together.
00:36 I apply the Fuchsia Ultimate Eyeshadow to the outer lid and extend it up the forehead to the hairline.
00:47 I repeat the process on the inner corner of the upper eyelid.
01:16 With the chiseled shadow brush, I fill in the center spaces using the Electric Blue Ultimate Eyeshadow,
01:23 once again extending it all the way up to the hairline and blending out the edges.
01:41 I use the angled detail brush to apply the Black Cake Liner to the entire upper eyelid,
01:47 extending it out to the sides in a cat eye effect.
01:50 Accentuate the crease of the eyelid with the purple lining pencil. You can also use the angled detail brush.
02:04 Using the Black Cake Liner and the angled detail brush, I create five evenly spaced points across the upper eyelid.
02:11 This creates a dramatic 60's style cat eye effect.
02:17 I fill in the inner corner of each eye with white lining pencil.
02:44 I apply the Fuchsia Ultimate Eyeshadow with the chiseled eyeshadow brush under the eye and blend it outwards.
02:51 Going back with the angled detail brush, I line the lower lid using Black Cake Liner.
02:59 Extend the line to the inner corner of the eye.
03:09 Connect the upper eyeliner down to the lower eyeliner to create a point in the corner of each eye.
03:15 I now apply Black Mascara to the upper eyelashes.
03:20 I line the outer edges of the lower waterline with the purple lining pencil.
03:28 Using the Black Cake Liner, I draw a beauty mark under the right eye.
03:37 I accentuate the eyebrows using a brown lining pencil to create a dramatic arched brow effect.
03:44 I apply the Elvira Lashes to the outer edge of the eyelid with black lash adhesive to complete the look.
03:59 I outline the lips with the Brandy Lining Pencil.
04:18 I then fill in the lips using the red Passion Lipstick.
04:28 I apply the Elvira Lashes to the inner corner of the eye.
04:32 With a few finishing touches, your makeup is complete.
04:36 Ah, there! And you end up looking just like Elvira.
