The Minister of Rural Development and Local Government says that the State has today received a final judgement in its civil lawsuit in the Piarco Airport project.
The Minister - a former Attorney General - says the State has received a final judgement of close to one billion TT Dollars.
He also says that while the defendants have up to 45 days to appeal, such an appeal would be separate from the State's pursuit of the enforcement of the judgement.
