Significant number of Australians skipping meals, research finds

A survey has found 50 per cent of vulnerable people are going hungry, as skyrocketing cost-of-living expenses impact household budgets. The salvation army has surveyed 1,700 people and found 93 per cent are struggling to afford basic items and are going without meals.
