01:06 We are both doing a back to school hair, makeup and outfit idea
01:09 And we are putting our own little twist on it
01:11 So it's kind of different so you should watch both of ours
01:14 It's gonna be really fun and we both go back to school on the same day
01:18 Which is really funny
01:19 So we thought to do this for you guys
01:21 Because some people don't know what to wear or what to do with their hair
01:23 Or what to do with their makeup if they wear any
01:25 And we just thought this would help you guys out a lot
01:27 So that's what we are going to do
01:29 And I hope you guys like this video
01:31 And let's get started
01:33 Alrighty, so first is the makeup tutorial
01:36 And I'm not saying that you have to wear makeup
01:38 I just like to spice it up a little bit, I look a little bit nicer
01:42 And I'm just taking this CoverGirl foundation
01:44 And blending it in with this old black brush
01:47 It's very old, I don't know where I got it
01:49 I'm just using a brush because I don't really like the feel of it on my fingers
01:53 But you don't have to if you don't want to
01:56 And then I'm taking my big kabuki brush
01:59 And my Almay pressed powder
02:01 Which is what I use in my DIY pool party video
02:04 And I'm just putting this on because I don't want to be shiny
02:08 Throughout the day, especially because I have athletics and I will get shiny
02:12 And then I'm taking this brush brush by Echotools
02:16 And putting on this brush by Ulta
02:19 And I love this brush, it looks amazing on my skin
02:23 And then I'm taking some bronzer by e.l.f.
02:26 And the same brush by Echotools
02:29 And I'm putting this on to make it look like I got a really good tan this year
02:33 Because we all know that I really didn't get a good tan
02:36 So then I'm taking my Naked palette, Naked 2
02:39 And using the colors, I'm doing a light smoky eye
02:42 Not anything bold
02:43 And I just want to say that all my brushes that I'm using are by Echotools
02:47 My favorite brand of brushes, I love them so much
02:50 And this is the mascara that I'm using, it's by Tarte
02:53 And then I'm just putting on some Mary Kay Suncare Chapstick
02:58 Because I don't really like lip gloss or lipstick
03:00 And yeah, that's the makeup tutorial
03:03 And now on to the crazy hair
03:05 I just parted it into two so I could curl it
03:08 I'm taking my Conier half inch barrel curling iron
03:11 And I'm just wrapping it around the curling iron
03:14 And I love how the curls look when you do this
03:17 And this curling iron has a turbo effect so it can get fast
03:21 Turbo fast and you don't have to worry when you're running late on the first day of school
03:26 And then I just hairspray the bottom layer
03:29 And I do the same thing to the top layer
03:32 I curl it all and then I hairspray it and that's pretty much it
03:37 Then I just comb it down a little bit with my hands
03:39 And that's the hairstyle
03:41 But if you want to jazz it up a little bit
03:43 Just flip over and smooth out the top of your head like this
03:47 And then gather all your top layer
03:49 And put it into a little ponytail
03:51 So it's a half up, half down curly hairstyle
03:55 And it's so adorable
03:56 And I'm pretty sure this is what I'm going to do for the first day of school
03:59 I just love how it looks
04:02 The hardest part of any girl's first day of school
04:08 Picking out an outfit
04:10 It is such a struggle
04:12 So I'm wearing my cowgirl boots from the rodeo
04:15 And then my shirt is from Target
04:18 My cardigan is from Old Navy
04:20 And my really cute shorts I think are from Target
04:22 I'm not sure
04:24 And I love this outfit
04:25 And my backpack is Vera Bradley
04:27 And it's so cute
