00:00 Coronation fever had hit Bridlington Spa with royal bunting strewn all over the walls and
00:11 two large screens for people to watch the coronation live. All of the stallholders were
00:16 dressed outlandishly. Stallholders' wares ranged from handmade chocolate skulls to corsets
00:23 ready to fit and even the iconic goggles on the steampunk hats.
00:28 So my name's Michelle Knight and I'm from Liverpool. This is my equipment that I use
00:34 whenever I do a ceremony. So I do weddings, baby namings, I do adult namings as well,
00:42 funerals, any special occasions, special birthdays, any kind of event that is needed I'll write
00:51 a script for it and I love it, absolutely love it. The people I meet are amazing, the
00:56 stories I hear are wonderful, it's just so much fun. The Dean Covent community is just
01:03 incredible. The people are so friendly, they're so welcoming, nothing is too much trouble
01:10 for anyone and you can sit next to somebody and within ten minutes you're their best friend.

01:24 Differing thoughts about the coronation. I am a monarchist, I do like the fact that we've
01:30 got a royal family, I do think it brings an awful lot of trade and tourism into the country
01:37 but whether Charles and Camilla should have gone next or not, that's another question for me.

01:52 where I make different hats and things ready for the Dean Covent, jewellery and things.

02:07 know because I do like the crinolines and it just sort of blends in. It's very friendly,
02:15 anybody will help anybody else. You're not sure what you're doing without your decorating

02:29 selling crystals and accessories. We did our very first one, we were told off because I
02:34 wasn't dressed up, so it's blossomed from there. Coronation's a fantastic thing, on
02:41 a day like this I'm working.
