00:00 struck me this morning. I was like, you know, I want to wear a lot of purple today.
00:02 So I put my purple sweater on, I got my purple nails, this is Essie's Chin Chili,
00:07 and my purple lips, and I don't know what else is purple. My makeup bag is kind of
00:12 purple. So yeah, if you want to know what's on my lips, I brought these over
00:16 here. It's Revlon's Bava Violet, which is like a really dark purple. I hardly ever
00:22 wear it. That's what it looks like. But I just put a tiny bit of it on because if
00:27 you really slather it on, it's like, it's a bit harsh to say the least. And then on
00:32 top of that, I put this lip gloss. This is by Revlon and it's called Lilac Pastel.
00:38 Yes, Lilac Pastel. So it's just like this purpley, light purple color. I love this. I
00:44 remember when this was all the rage and everyone wanted this lip gloss and
00:47 finally I got it and I never wear it. But I decided, yes, today is a purple kind of

01:07 pretty cheap, but I like that it's so big and it holds all my stuff because I
01:11 cannot travel lately. So I guess I'm just gonna, oh well, okay let me tell you my
01:16 exciting news. I'm seeing Cirque du Soleil tonight. I know, I am a spoiled
01:20 brat. Matilda, now Cirque du Soleil. But yeah, my boyfriend's mom is taking us
01:26 there and she's really excited, so I'm excited obviously. So we're gonna go
01:31 there and I'm gonna stay at their house tonight. So I thought, what better
01:33 opportunity do I have to do this what's in my makeup bag? So let's get into it,
01:39 shall we? This is what's inside. A lot of shiznit. And I tried, like when I was
01:46 packing this morning, I didn't know I was gonna do this video, but I was just like,
01:49 okay I'm gonna need this, I'm gonna need this. So this is truly what I would bring
01:52 and it's, it's a lot of, well I don't think it's unnecessary, but I think it's
01:56 a lot for one night. Most people probably wouldn't bring this. Okay, I'm just gonna
01:59 start pulling things out randomly. First thing is this hair clip. I don't know
02:03 where I get these, but I have to have this in order to sleep at night. I wear
02:08 my hair up in one of these, like at the top of my head. Shall I demonstrate? One
02:12 minute. Okay, this is how I wear my hair to bed every single night. Can you see
02:18 that clip? Probably not. But I just twizzle it up and I have to have that. When I wash
02:22 my face, I have to have it. And sometimes I forget, like I forgot this when I went
02:26 to Canada and I could have just bought some, but I have like a thousand and just
02:29 on principle only I wouldn't buy another one and it was a miserable five weeks. So
02:34 I'm bringing my hair clip. My day cream, I'm trying to use this one up. It's the
02:37 Boots Botanics Day Shift Moisture Lotion. Sorry, I obviously cannot read today. I
02:44 really like this, but I'm just trying to... there's an old man hobbling outside. Okay,
02:49 he's passed, he's passed. Yeah, so I like this moisturizer. I'm just trying to use
02:54 up all of my products, so this is kind of the most empty out of all my
02:58 moisturizers, so I'm bringing it. I'm bringing my eye cream. This is the
03:01 Neutrogenic Soothing Eye Cream. This is from the Body Shop. I really like this
03:06 actually. I kind of like don't really know much about eye creams, but I'm
03:11 trying to use it up and it's really nice. I'm bringing a hand cream. This is
03:15 also from the Body Shop. It's shriveled up, but it still works. There's still some
03:21 in it and this is the Hemp Hand Cream from the Body Shop. I can't show you what
03:24 it actually looks like because I'm like trying to squeeze every last drop of it
03:27 out. Yeah, it's the Hemp Hand Cream. It's really good for dry hands, which I have.
03:31 So I'm bringing my Chanel... I can never remember the name of this. Soleil
03:35 Tanne de Chanel, which you've all heard me speak about. Lately I just cannot stop
03:41 wearing this stuff, seriously. So I'm bringing that. It's a bit bulky to bring,
03:45 but whatever. I've got the room. I'm taking it. I'm bringing the brush that I
03:49 use with it. This is the Sephora Mineral Powder Brush. It's a round top kabuki.
03:54 Alright, I'm bringing my sponge, which is what I use to apply my foundation and
03:58 it's still a bit damp because I used it this morning, so I don't know. I feel a
04:01 bit weird about putting it in my makeup bag, but I might just let it dry out for
04:04 like a couple more hours till I go. And then I'm gonna bring my Revlon Color
04:08 Stay, and I have the shade 150 Buff, and it's obviously in the dry... the normal to
04:14 dry skin one. I like this. It's a bit too dark for my skin, but I just like this
04:19 foundation for lazy days because I hate using my Nars Sheer Glow when I'm not
04:22 gonna be like going anywhere nice and stuff like that. It's stupid really, but
04:26 that shit's expensive. So I'm gonna like... I don't know. It's the only thing I can
04:30 cook is pancakes, so I'm gonna try to make them some pancakes. So yes, what I'm
04:33 trying to say is I don't need my Nars Sheer Glow, so I'm bringing my Revlon
04:36 foundation. I'm bringing this VO5 Miracle Concentrate stuff for my hair. I
04:41 don't feel like bringing all my hair stuff, so I'm just gonna bring this and
04:45 hope for the best because I usually use my Redken Anti-Snap and all this other
04:49 stuff, but you know what? I just can't be bothered to bring it all over there. I'm
04:52 bringing my pressed powder. This is the Rimmel Stay Matte Powder, which as you

07:26 so. I don't really like this. I mean, I like it because it's quite good coverage,
07:30 but I find like, even if I put it on a spot, like, this is so sick. Why am I
07:35 saying this? Like, a big crustacean of skin will form around it, and it ain't a
07:41 pretty sight. So I'm just, I judge it. I really judge it. Which spot gets it, which
07:46 spot gets the Collection 2000. It's a talent, really, choosing which concealers
07:50 to use. As far as brushes go, I'm bringing three. This is the MAC 109. This is my
07:55 favorite brush, I think, I would say. My favorite brush by MAC that I own, and I
08:00 just use this for blush. I use it every day, pretty much. I love it. This is my Sigma E45.
08:05 This is one of my favorite eye brushes. It's really skinny, so when you put it in
08:10 the crease, it's really easy, and I like to like, kind of drag it right almost, not
08:14 all the way in, obviously, to the inner corner, but it just gives a really nice
08:17 tapered look. Tapered look? Who do I think I am? This is the MAC 217, and if I could
08:25 just have one eyeshadow brush, it would probably be this one. I know everybody
08:28 says it, but it's true. And I'm just bringing a random angled brush. I've
08:33 stopped wearing liquid eyeliner. Like, I haven't stopped completely. I wouldn't
08:36 say never wear it, but I pretty much never wear it anymore. This is MAC's Smut,
08:40 and this is basically just like a dark gray black, and then I just take the
08:46 angled brush and just kind of go along the lash line, and it's quite natural, but
08:49 it still gives you a little bit of definition, because otherwise I look like
08:52 a plump turkey. My eyelash curlers. These are the Shu Uemura ones. I like them.
08:57 I'm bringing two blushes. This is... this makes... like, why would I bring two blushes
09:01 for one sleepover? But one's a blush, one's a highlighter. So the first one is

09:37 weeks or something like that, but it reeks of ladybugs. Now, I say this all
09:42 the time. People are like, "Ladybugs don't even have a scent." Well, you're wrong.
09:45 They do have a scent. They smell like shit. So it smells like ladybugs, and every time
09:50 I wear it, it's like my favorite highlighter. And every time I wear it, it's
09:53 just like, "Ugh." So whatever. I love it, but I need to do some fumigating,
10:00 defumigating or something. This is my MAC chromographic pencil, and this is in the
10:05 shade NC15, NC20. This is just a skin-toned eyeliner, which I wear in the
10:09 waterline to brighten up the eye area. And did I say this? This is Benefit's
10:13 cream shadow in Birthday Suit, which is a really nice light gray nude eyeshadow
10:21 base. So I think that's it. Oh, no! Forgetting the most important thing. My
10:25 Naked 2 palette. I'm bringing my Naked 2 palette. I can't put the thing down. I'm
10:30 really gonna try to start using other eyeshadows, but I just can't. I cannot do
10:34 it. I only use Suspect Snake by NTS and occasionally busted. Okay, I think that's
