The Charles Ford Band. was formed of three brothers (one of whom was the famous Robben) and a friend from Ukiah, California who played gritty and accomplished urban blues at bars and clubs in San Francisco Bay Area. Very good and solid mix of heavy blues and garage-blues rock, featuring good guitar, solid bass and drums, and heavy use of harmonica. After the album each component took their own way in music biz, and reunited for an album in 1983 and once again in 1996.
