00:00 Hey guys, it's Jen, and it's already time for March favorites.
00:04 This month, I kind of like doubled up, tripled up,
00:08 on a few blushes and nail polishes I have been really, really loving this month.
00:13 So the first one I wanted to talk about is my Clinique Cheek Pop Blush.
00:17 And I've just absolutely been loving all of the Clinique Cheek Pop Blushes.
00:21 I mentioned one last time.
00:23 Some of the warmer shades are looking so cute.
00:26 So I've been loving both 01 Ginger Pop and 02 Peach Pop, as you can see.
00:31 They're both in the peachy family.
00:34 So if you have a warmer complexion, or even if you're a little bit fairer
00:37 and you want to experiment with a little more orangey tones
00:41 without going full on orange, these are a nice compromise.
00:44 I can see them being really flattering on a lot of different skin tones.
00:48 I'm kind of like migrating from the deeper colors over to this one,
00:51 Peach Pop.
00:52 The next blush I wanted to talk about is from Hourglass Cosmetics.
00:56 They fairly recently came out with some blushes.
00:59 And the one that I really loved this month
01:01 is the Ambient Lighting Blush in Radiant Magenta.
01:05 It's just this beautiful, hot pink, warm blush
01:08 with really gorgeous gold veining throughout.
01:11 And it goes on really smoothly, which is something that I like.
01:15 It doesn't go on kind of like chalky or spotty.
01:18 When I use the mineral concealer, certain blushes
01:21 will go on a little bit spotty.
01:22 But it doesn't seem to do that with this one,
01:24 because it's a little bit more of a powder formula
01:27 than, say, the baked formula of the Clinique Cheek Pop blushes.
01:30 So I've been liking this one.
01:32 I want a pink blush this month.
01:34 I really love it.
01:35 If you guys haven't tested these out, you should definitely go to Sephora
01:38 and at least swatch them, because they're really gorgeous.
01:41 And then next, I wanted to mention a skin product.
01:44 About a month ago, I was dealing with a lot of cystic acne
01:48 and a lot of little ones down my chin area.
01:51 I previously have used the Clinique Acne Spot Treatment Gel
01:55 that came in a little skinny tube.
01:57 But lately, I've been using this Clinique Acne Solutions Clinical
02:00 Clearing Gel.
02:02 It's a lot of C's in there.
02:03 It's a salicylic acne medication like that one I previously used.
02:07 But I feel like this one is a little bit stronger
02:10 and works a little bit better.
02:12 This might actually be a new formula itself.
02:14 But whatever they did, it's really good.
02:17 I have noticed that my acne went down a lot faster.
02:21 And I've definitely seen it work a lot better
02:23 than other over-the-counter medicines.
02:25 The nice thing about it is because it's clear,
02:27 you can actually use it before bed.
02:29 But you can also use it in the mornings before you put on makeup as well.
02:33 And then I wanted to talk about a lip gloss
02:35 that I have just been consistently using this month, which
02:39 is the NYX Butter Gloss in the color Cupcake.
02:43 It's what I'm wearing right now.
02:44 It's a really cute pinky shade.
02:47 I tend to use this in combination with the Radiant Magenta
02:51 since it's kind of in the same color family.
02:53 But I just really like it.
02:54 It's great for springtime.
02:56 It kind of brings some lift and shine to your lips.
02:59 And it's just a really cute color, especially if your lips are not
03:04 necessarily super light.
03:06 If it's more of a medium tone, it still gives a nice pink look.
03:10 And then my last three favorites are all nail polish.
03:14 It's just been a lucky nail month this month.
03:17 I have been really loving a lot of the nail polish that I've been trying.
03:21 I'll start off with the one I'm wearing right now, which is from Urban Decay.
03:25 It's a new release.
03:26 And it is called Bang.
03:28 So the cool thing about Bang is that it's this really cute orange color.
03:33 It kind of reminds me of those tomato-y oranges
03:37 that come around every spring, the ones that are really coral red,
03:41 except it's very true orange.
03:43 It's not too red, but it has a little bit of depth.
03:46 So it still gives that classy look on your hands.
03:49 Not to mention, this one itself has this really interesting pearl shimmer
03:54 to it.
03:55 So when you look at it in the light, it actually
03:57 reflects this teal blue color, which is really unexpected for an orange polish.
04:02 And then my last two nail favorites are, of course, pastels.
04:06 Pastels are a trend that I honestly wish I could just
04:10 wear year-round all the time.
04:12 I think they're awesome.
04:13 I'm super attracted to pastels for some reason.
04:16 But these two have been really huge standouts this month.
04:19 They're both from the Deborah Lipman Spring Reveries collection,
04:24 I believe.
04:24 And this one is in Blue Orchid, and this one is Spring Buds.
04:29 This one is a true blue pastel without being green at all.
04:34 And then this one is a pastel green without being blue at all.
04:39 It doesn't have any of those undertones.
04:41 It's just like a true green pastel.
04:44 It's not so bright that it's lime.
04:47 It's just a really cute light green.
04:50 So both of these I just absolutely love.
04:52 They're very unique in my collection, because I have a ton of mints,
04:56 but not any that are super, super light blue and super, super light green.
05:00 And they kind of stand out amongst the whole minty nail cascade out there.
05:08 I guess those are my last favorites for this month.
05:10 I hope you guys enjoyed watching.
05:12 If you did, don't forget to hit thumbs up on this video

05:18 I guess I will see you guys in my next video.
05:22 Bye.
05:22 Good morning, everyone.
05:24 It's Jen.
05:25 And today I wanted to share with you my get ready with me morning routine.
