00:00 So I decided it was time that I finally be a big girl and go and buy some eye makeup.
00:10 I went ahead, I started at Saks Fifth Avenue at the Giorgio Armani counter in New York

01:00 So then after that, I was talking to the designer and I was like, "Oh, is the mascara really

01:05 Because they didn't have starlash anymore, it had been discontinued.
01:06 And he was like, "Oh yeah, it's right up there with the top of the line, which is Shu Uemura."
01:10 And I was like, "Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, I'm going to the Shu Uemura counter."
01:14 So unfortunately Saks doesn't have a Shu Uemura counter, so I had to go to Bergdorf on Fifth
01:21 Avenue to get it and they were all out.
01:25 So I was like, "This is great."
01:27 So then I had to go all the way to Barney's to finally find the Shu Uemura.
01:34 And I tried a couple of the different mascaras on, but this is by far the most magnificent,

01:44 So that's what I'm going to use.
01:45 And I even asked the lady behind the counter, I was like, "Do you have primer?"
01:47 She was like, "No, we have conditioner, but you know, Giorgio Armani has primer."
01:51 And I was like, "I just bought it!"
01:52 So I was like, "Yay!"
01:53 She was like, "Oh, you use that combination all the time."
01:54 So, "Yay, yay, yay, I was doing the right thing."
01:55 And then I just went to the drugstore for a liquid eyeliner with a felt tip, which I've

02:02 I like felt tips and I like liquid liners.
02:05 Really don't like the smudge liners.
02:08 Just doesn't give it the dramatic effect I like.

02:14 I have a line right there, nice thin line.
02:28 And I like to start at like a half line on the bottom.
02:47 And then after that, now I apply my primer.
