01:22 -We also need to complete outstanding debt cases.
01:27 Debt is a global challenge,
01:28 and it requires urgent cooperation from all creditors.
01:33 To that end, I'm pleased that all official bilateral creditors
01:39 have reached consensus to move forward
01:41 with the debt treatment for Zambia
01:44 under the leadership of the Chinese and French co-chairs.
01:48 And I just saw Premier Li at the high-level panel,
01:54 and I'm encouraged that China is moving
01:57 to help address the debt challenges
01:59 facing developing countries.
02:01 -Jobs are the single best way
02:04 to drive a nail into the coffin of poverty.
02:08 It is the single best way.
02:09 And so driving growth and driving jobs
02:12 is what we have to focus on.
02:14 And I think it's part of redefining our mission
02:16 and our vision to what Secretary Yellen was referring to.
02:21 My view is that the World Bank's vision has to evolve to say,
02:25 "Yes, we will create a world free of poverty,
02:27 but on a livable planet."
02:30 And a livable planet meaning we tackle climate,
02:33 pandemics, fragility, unnecessary wars,
02:36 things that make food security,
02:38 things that reduce our ability to have quality of life
02:43 and to have hope and optimism.
02:45 Merci.
