Bloc+ has been a unique part of Glasgow’s food scene for over 20 years, known for outrageous dishes such as its Irn Bru marinated chicken wings and deep fried sticky toffee pudding.

We spoke to head chef Andy McManus Neilson about curating dishes and why Glaswegians love strange food.
