In this video, Nicole shows you how to make tender and delicious balsamic grilled zucchini. This simple recipe starts off by cutting the zucchini into quarter slices. Now, coat the slices with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Finally, set the slices on the grill and coat them with balsamic vinegar. The slices of zucchini are tender without being soggy and packed with flavor from the seasoning and balsamic vinegar. Not only is this recipe great for the summer, but you can use it for a lot of other vegetables as well!
