00:00 Who stood out in that game? I think we've mentioned before the chat,
00:04 Lo Celso as one who you probably didn't think would, but anyone else?
00:08 Yeah, I think it's interesting because obviously we've taken 31 players to Australia,
00:12 which is a huge amount. In previous summers,
00:14 we've left players behind to seek transfers away from the club,
00:17 but Posse Coggle who clearly wants to have a look at everybody.
00:19 I think in terms of winners and losers,
00:22 Lo Celso definitely was a winner yesterday.
00:25 He pretty much ran the game in the second half, came on at half time.
00:28 He played that number eight in the pocket.
00:30 I really rate him as a player.
00:33 I mean, I'm sure I've said to you before,
00:35 in the Jose Mourinho era, for half a season,
00:38 he was absolutely outstanding.
00:39 I saw him a couple of times live and he really did boss the midfield for Spurs.
00:44 I really thought he was going to be that creative answer and be that sort of lock picker that we've been missing.
00:49 Yesterday, he performed very, very strongly.
00:51 He obviously scored a good goal on the volley, took that nicely,
00:54 but it was more his little pockets of positions that he was taking up.
00:57 But he was really dictating the play.
00:59 You know, he's always got a bit of a tackle in him as well.
01:02 He's quite tenacious for an attack-minded player.
01:04 But he was spraying the ball out left and right.
01:07 He put Richarlison through a couple of times.
01:09 So really positive.
01:10 I mean, there's a big question mark over whether he wants to stay at Spurs
01:13 and/or whether Spurs will want to cash in on him.
01:15 But I definitely think that he should have a future with Spurs.
01:19 I do think he's a real good backup for Madison that could potentially play together
01:23 with Bissouma in the six as well, because, as I say,
01:25 he has got a bit of the nasty side to his game.
01:28 He can get his foot in as well.
01:29 So he was definitely a winner.
01:31 I think Alfie Devine did himself no harm as well.
01:34 He played a little bit out of position on the right-hand side.
01:36 Obviously, a young player coming through,
01:38 but taking his chance to impress Bostakoglou.
01:40 He was bright.
01:42 Bissouma was excellent in the first half, as was Solomon as well.
01:45 He was very, very bright, almost scored with a terrific effort
01:49 that Fabianski tipped over the crossbar.
01:51 And he linked up nicely down the left-hand side with Sergio Reguilon.
01:54 Reguilon showed flashes of what we know he can do going forward.
01:59 Albeit he was at fault for one of the goals.
02:01 So I think that's the yin and yang of him.
02:03 Reguilon, he's got a great engine, really good going forward,
02:06 but he is suspect at the back in terms of his defending.
02:10 And I think Destin Udogi as well, performed very, very well in the second half.
02:14 Obviously, he scored a goal as well, but he looked bright getting forward.
02:18 He's got a real burst of pace.
02:19 He's very dynamic.
02:21 He loves to get on the overlap and he teamed up very nicely with Perisic
02:24 in the second half.
02:25 And Perisic, actually, there's another question mark over his future,
02:28 but he produced a solid display in the second half.
02:31 Although where he fits in long term into a post-Cognou system, I'm not sure.
02:36 So there were several who did themselves no harm at all.
02:41 Shame I didn't say on Tanguy Ndombele, he was injured.
02:44 He's another one who has perhaps got a chance for a bit of redemption
02:48 should he want it at Spurs.
02:50 You know, we know his talent, but it's whether he's got the
02:53 the mental side of the game and whether he's got the will, I suppose,
02:56 to do it in a Spurs shirt.
02:58 He's looked quite bright in pre-season training from what we've seen,
03:01 but he was injured in the last session before the match.
03:04 So he missed out with a knock.
03:06 One or two others we didn't see as well.
03:07 But I think, as I say, overall, very positive.
03:10 Lots of work to do on the defending side, obviously, but certainly from an attacking
03:14 point of view, one or two didn't have the shooting boots on, but,
03:17 you know, some positive signs.
