00:13 Rafi, 224 cadets of the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy graduated from San Narciso, Zambales.

00:24 President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., who is a distinguished speaker, was the first to receive the diploma and medal of cadet graduates

00:33 in the 200th commencement exercises of the PMMA Badasiklan or the "Maidangal at Simbolo ng Kawal ng Karagatan" Class of 2023.

00:42 In his message, the President thanked the members of the PMMA graduates for their dedication and sacrifice during the pandemic.

00:51 The President also congratulated those who completed the new journey of their lives for the determination to serve the country.

01:00 President Saber Award was given to the class valedictorian, Allen Humamoy.

01:08 Vice Presidential Saber Awardee was awarded to the Bead Shipman First Class, Jerry Lomboy Jr.

01:15 The 224 graduates will be included in the list of the new Master Mariner, Shipping Executives, Chief Engineers, Naval and Coast Guard Officer.
