00:03 Archetypes in Remnant 2 come with their own set of unique tools
00:07 designed for defeating the biggest and baddest enemies
00:10 that the apocalypse has ever seen.
00:13 This is Tragic from Gunfire Games,
00:16 introducing the final starting archetype, the Hunter.
00:20 Always a classic, the Hunter focuses on long-range,
00:23 precision-based gameplay.
00:25 They easily identify targets and eliminate them.
00:29 [GUNSHOTS]
00:31 Often before the battle even begins,
00:34 their perks are designed around making every hit count
00:38 and capitalizing on each opportunity,
00:41 no matter how small the window.
00:43 The key to their entire kit is the Prime perk, Dead to Rights.
00:48 Scoring range weak spots while a Hunter skill is active
00:51 extends its duration, even beyond its initial values.
00:55 In addition to the Prime, the Hunter
00:57 also has a unique ability called Marking.
01:00 When marked, enemies can be seen through walls
01:03 and are more susceptible to critical hits
01:05 from the entire team.
01:07 Everyone eats when the Hunter's on the prowl.
01:09 Their first skill, Hunter's Mark,
01:13 is a tried and true fan favorite.
01:15 The Hunter instantly reveals and marks
01:17 all enemies in a wide range.
01:19 While active, every enemy is automatically
01:22 marked for the entire team.
01:24 No one hides from the Hunter.
01:26 Their second skill, Hunter's Focus,
01:29 is a more calculating technique.
01:32 While aiming down sights, their target
01:34 will become automatically marked.
01:36 If they remain focused without shooting,
01:39 they gain huge bonuses to accuracy, damage,
01:42 and critical chance.
01:44 The buff remains active so long as the Hunter remains aiming.
01:48 This one's personal.
01:50 Their third skill, Hunter's Shroud,
01:52 makes the Hunter a nearly untouchable killing machine.
01:57 They instantly slip into the shadows,
02:00 making it easier to avoid damage while moving.
02:04 Their next attack, Drop Shroud, marks enemies
02:06 within close range and grants a strong range and melee damage
02:10 buff.
02:12 If the Hunter doesn't attack for a short duration,
02:14 they instantly reshroud.
02:17 Now you see me.
02:18 Now you're dead.
02:22 Rounding out their kit is the archetype trait, Long Shot.
02:25 It increases the effective range of all firearms,
02:28 from rifles to shotguns, and everything in between.
02:34 Players who enjoy rewarding, precision-based gameplay
02:38 will love the Hunter.
02:40 Their range is unmatched, and their damage, legend.
