00:31 I am your host, Muhammad Rais Ahmed, with the gathering of the Zikr of Hussain.

00:36 In the month of Muharram, the grandson of the Prophet, the beloved son of Ali and Batool,

00:43 the Imam of the highest station, Hussain (may Allah be pleased with him)

00:48 is presenting this gathering to the martyrs of Karbala to present the gift of faith.

00:54 This is the gathering about which the Holy Quran says,

01:04 "O Beloved, I do not ask for any reward from you except the love of my family."

01:12 So this is the family whose love is obligatory upon us

01:17 and the Zikr of such an oppressed family

01:21 which is remembered with utmost respect in the first ten days of Muharram.

01:29 Hazrat Allama Iqbal (may Allah have mercy on him) says,
