00:08 The police are still searching for the people under the Luzon Avenue flyover in Commonwealth Avenue.

00:15 This is the only place where the militant groups will allow to march and protest and to carry out their programs.

00:22 More than 1,000 police and force multipliers are providing security right now.

00:27 They include contingents from the Regional Mobile Force Battalion of the NCRPO and District Mobile Force Battalion of the QCPD.

00:34 There are also contingents from the Northern Police District or NPD.

00:39 Some lanes of the road are not accessible to motorists since early morning because of the barriers of concrete barriers.

00:46 In the traffic situation, vehicles are still moving on the four open lanes.
