00:00 Why are you jumping in the chair?
00:02 Is that what pretty girls do?
00:05 Married to medicine star Quad Webb's niece has died after drowning in her pool.
00:10 She was three years old.
00:11 Baby Ari, she's so adorable.
00:13 Beautiful young girl who's growing and she's just phenomenal.
00:16 According to a police report, officers arrived at the reality star's home in Georgia on July 7th
00:21 after two men in the backyard noticed what they thought was a doll floating in the pool.
00:26 Once they realized it was Quad's niece, the men immediately called 911.
00:30 She was then taken to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead.
00:34 It's unclear if Quad was home during the time of Ari's fatal drowning,
00:37 but we do know the reality personality helped to raise the child who split time between Memphis and Atlanta.
00:43 She probably just left here maybe a couple of weeks back.
00:46 She spent about a month and a half with my mom and I.
00:48 She loves the water, loves the swimming pool.
00:51 But that was a time where I had to step up again until we were able to figure out what was the next best thing.
01:00 That was Quad one year ago, raving over the little one and her love of the pool.
01:04 The star's rep now telling ET this has been an incredibly challenging experience for the entire family,
01:10 adding your understanding and support are deeply valued.
01:13 Family has always been first with me.
01:16 Quad and her family have been through their fair share of tragedies the past few years,
01:20 including in 2020 when her brother Quentin died.
01:23 Last year, my brother, which is Mason's father, died at the tender age of 34 from complications of the heart.
01:30 Take your little better half right here. I got to finish breakfast.
01:33 OK, I'm kind of hungry.
01:35 You're kind of hungry? OK.
01:37 And following Quentin's death, Quad took in his son Mason.
01:40 I've always been like a mumtee for him.
01:43 And now the man moved in.
01:46 This is just what has been ingrained in me and steeled in me.
01:49 And I've always felt like I am my family's keeper and I'm responsible for them.
01:54 So it was it was a no brainer when it came down to us just coming together as a family to see what was the next best move for Mason.
02:05 And both his mom and I thought that Georgia was a good place for the both of them.
02:10 And she too lives here in the area.
02:14 And we wanted to provide him with the best school system and any resources that I have.
02:21 And that's just kind of what we did. It was just a no brainer.
02:25 Now, you know that we're counting on each other to be strong for one another.
02:29 It's OK for you to think about your father. He's always with you.
02:33 But still, when we have things that we have to get done, we'll it will it in.
02:38 And you need to get back focus on what you have to do. OK.
02:42 It's tough. Quad has yet to personally speak out about the death of Ari.
02:47 But her rep tells ET, quote, We kindly request much needed privacy during this period of mourning as Quad is taking time to grieve with her family.
