08:51 And today I believe truly
08:53 that every man ought to be very chivalrous.
08:56 I have not been the best man in my life
08:59 but I am trying and I will try every day.
09:02 That's my promise to you women here.
09:04 [Applause]
09:08 So now coming to the health of the women.
09:12 The health.
09:14 A woman is naturally beautiful.
09:17 Every woman, whatever color, whatever shape, whatever size
09:21 when a woman smiles,
09:23 I mean it's a journey of a million miles.
09:26 When a woman smiles, every woman under the sun
09:29 looks very adorable and beautiful.
09:31 Remember, men can look handsome
09:34 but women always look beautiful.
09:37 Men can never be beautiful.
09:39 Women can be beautiful in heart, in soul, in mind
09:44 by being kind, they are compassionate, they are graceful,
09:47 they are benevolent,
09:49 they are sympathetic, empathetic, creative, productive.
09:52 Oh my God!
09:54 Women can be everything.
09:55 And you must know that biologically,
09:58 physiologically, psychologically, spiritually
10:03 a woman is more stronger than any man.
10:06 [Applause]
10:09 The infant child mortality rate of a male child
10:14 is five times higher than that of a female child
10:18 because a woman is tenacious,
10:20 she is resilient
10:23 and she is so superior in her creativity
10:27 that she doesn't need to prove her creation in the material world
10:31 which is why men need to prove their creativity in material world
10:35 for their name, a woman simply as she is,
10:39 is creative, is beautiful.
10:41 So, a round of applause for all the women on this earth.
10:46 I have not paid anything extra,
10:49 nothing extra to speak these lines.
10:51 As I evolved as a human being,
10:54 I realized the worth of every woman.
10:59 So, wow is an ode to all the women out here
11:02 and great.
11:04 How many of you want to kick and punch?
11:10 Okay, so may I have the first nine women on,
11:14 nine planets, nine women on stage.
11:18 Yeah?
11:20 How's the josh?
11:22 How's the josh?
11:25 You know it's not the josh when you go and sit in ITC,
11:28 Dampukht or Bukhara
11:31 and the waiter comes and asks you how's the gosh?
11:34 This is how's the josh?
11:37 It has to be high.
11:39 Okay, where are the women? Come here.
11:42 Alia will come later
11:45 and Malia will come still later.
11:48 Okay guys, great. Come on.
11:50 Only nine.
11:52 You guys have to clap for these women here. Come on.
11:58 Spread out.
12:00 Spread out.
12:03 Okay, spread out. I can handle as many.
12:08 Hands like this, up, away.
12:12 You know, we have to kick start the session.
12:14 We have to kick start the session with the spirit of womanhood
12:17 because 8th of March is an International Women's Day.
12:22 8th of March?
12:24 Okay, ladies with dresses.
12:27 It's a kicking session.
12:30 You okay? You kick below.
12:32 Great, that's the spirit.
12:34 So one last time, how's the josh?
12:38 Now this is the spirit of womanhood.
12:41 Never say die.
12:42 You know when body fails, the mind takes over.
12:45 When mind fails, the spirit takes over
12:48 and never let your spirit fail.
12:50 May I have the music please?
12:55 Come on.
12:57 Okay, come on.
13:02 Okay.
13:08 Okay, right leg behind.
13:11 Stay. Bounce, bounce, bounce.
13:16 5, 6, 7, 8.
13:24 Change.
13:28 Okay, good.
13:31 Okay, good.
13:35 How was that?
13:39 Now let me quickly take confessions.
13:41 Who did you imagine?
13:43 Husband?
13:44 You're single? Okay.
13:47 Husband, anybody?
13:49 No?
13:51 Good, good, good.
13:53 What an opportunity.
13:55 I'll give you one more opportunity.
13:58 One more opportunity.
14:00 Okay, let's all stand like this.
14:02 Come on.
14:04 Mary Kom.
14:05 Mary Kom.
14:07 Say Mary Kom.
14:09 Mary Kom.
14:11 Now we'll do emotional catharsis.
14:13 So when I say punch, you say, "Ha!"
14:17 You remember?
14:19 No, no, you remember the "Jangli Billi of Dawn"?
14:22 Priyanka Chopra, "Jangli Billi of Dawn"?
14:25 So fears, let it all out.
14:28 Okay, breathe it out.
14:29 It's just catharsis.
14:31 Whoo!
14:33 Everybody here?
14:35 Five, six, seven, eight.
14:37 Whoo!
14:38 Five, six, seven, eight.
14:39 Whoo!
14:40 Five, six, seven, eight.
14:42 Whoo!
14:43 Five, six, seven, eight.
14:44 Whoo!
14:45 Give me five.
14:47 Great.
14:49 Thank you very much.
14:50 Back.
14:53 That was nice, girls.
14:55 Never expected so many Mary Koms here.
15:04 So being India's premier promoter of holistic health,
15:09 I take it as my responsibility to pledge
15:15 or make people pledge towards wellness.
15:18 Holy, holistic.
15:20 Holy means pure.
15:23 Anything that is pure is whole.
15:26 Anything that is whole and pure is divine and holy.
15:30 Anything that is pure, divine, whole and holy is integrated.
15:35 And anything that is integrated is extremely vibrant,
15:39 extremely radiant.
15:41 You get my point?
15:42 So women ought to be working towards vibrancy and radiance.
15:51 Very, very important.
15:53 How many of you exercise every day?
15:55 Honesty is the best policy.
15:59 Very good.
16:00 Just to impress me or really?
16:02 Yeah, good.
16:03 Then it's good.
16:04 Every day, how many of you exercise in the morning?
16:08 Wow.
16:09 Why is it good to exercise in the morning?
16:11 Quick.
16:13 Good, fresh, fresh energy.
16:16 Because with every sunrise, your energy rises.
16:21 No sooner the first ray of sun at dawn
16:25 hits the trees and the leaves and the grass and the birds and the bees,
16:30 the birds begin to chirp.
16:31 When oxygen is emitted out of the green to the atmosphere,
16:37 and no sooner the birds begin to chirp,
16:40 and that sound increases, heightens the energy and alertness in the human body,
16:46 and then no sooner the first ray of light touches our biggest organ, our skin,
16:50 our pineal gland,
16:52 once again energy begins to rise.
16:55 So, the best time to exercise with every sunrise to minimize.
17:03 Exercise every day.
17:04 How many of you are vegetarian?
17:08 Quite a bit.
17:09 Okay, that may be 80%.
17:12 That's very nice.
17:13 Vegetarian way of life is a very healthy way of life.
17:17 Vegetarian food heals you.
17:21 Vegetarian food heals you, orchestrates you, gives you immunity,
17:27 cleanses you, purifies you, regulates you, revitalizes you.
17:31 But that doesn't mean meat eating kills you,
17:35 but yet, yes, meat eating can slow down your health.
17:38 And whether it's Harvard or Cornell or any Ivy League university,
17:45 none of them have ever said that eating meat is good for health.
17:51 But yes, there have been studies which says eating meat is not so good for health.
17:56 So you must eat a lot of salads, a lot of fruits,
18:00 a lot of herbal teas, a lot of vegetable juices,
18:03 a lot of dry fruits, a lot of nuts.
18:06 So speaking about nutrition, let me say that vegetables purify you, cleanse you,
18:13 fruits heal you, and dry fruits and nuts fortify you.
18:18 Now, let's come to cosmic nutrition.
18:20 What is cosmic nutrition?
18:23 Anything that you ingest is food, but everything that you consume is nutrition.
18:29 Okay, everything that you ingest is food, everything that you consume is nutrition.
18:33 So the first thing in the morning when you take the sunlight,
18:37 it nourishes you.
18:39 Fresh air nourishes you.
18:42 Water nourishes you.
18:45 Exercise nourishes you.
18:48 A good night's sleep nourishes you.
18:51 Romance nourishes you a lot.
18:54 Very good.
18:55 Seven, a pat on the back, joy nourishes you.
18:59 Eight, a good massage nourishes you.
19:02 Nine, meditation nourishes you.
19:05 Ten, a prayer nourishes you, chanting, prayer, whatever.
19:09 And then at eleven, food nourishes you.
19:11 So all of you must have cosmic nutrition every day.
19:16 Now, let me call some people on stage now.
19:19 I want maybe nine people on stage.
19:22 We'll do a little bit of exercise and stimulate ourselves.
19:27 A little bit of anti-aging exercise.
19:29 So please up.
19:31 Up on the stage, everybody.
19:33 Come on, nine people, quickly.
19:36 Yes, yes.
19:38 That's the spirit.
19:41 You can do it all, right?
19:43 You can run.
19:48 Very nice.
19:50 You can do it now.
19:52 If you can, come on.
19:54 Be a guest.
19:57 Very good.
19:58 Okay, so stretch out, everybody.
20:01 Sorry, spread out.
20:03 We are going to do something which you've seen always,
20:07 but never experienced it the way you'll experience it today.
20:11 So stimulating your spine, stretching it, elongating it,
20:15 giving it movement, and stretching your stomach, contracting your back,
20:20 and stretching your hamstrings,
20:22 and being on your fours, which makes you grounded,
20:25 very close to your instincts,
20:27 so that you fall into circadian rhythm,
20:29 and your body falls into orchestration with the universe.
20:33 The unit consciousness synchronizes with the universe consciousness,
20:38 unity consciousness, okay?
20:40 Great.
20:41 So music, guys.
20:43 All of you down.
20:46 Everybody here?
20:49 Everybody here?
20:50 Music louder.
20:53 Seriously, yes, seriously.
20:58 Very good.
20:59 Okay, yeah.
21:01 Very good.
21:02 Everybody here, cobra position, but don't bite.
21:05 Don't bite.
21:07 And back.
21:08 Stomach in.
21:11 And stretch again, stretch again.
21:14 And back.
21:17 Stay there.
21:20 Five, six, seven, eight.
21:22 Up, look up.
21:24 On your marks, get set, go, guys.
21:26 Very good.
21:27 Change.
21:29 Right leg in the front.
21:32 Look here.
21:34 Back.
21:36 And stretch.
21:39 And back.
21:40 And bounce.
21:43 And back.
21:45 And stretch.
21:47 Take a deep breath.
21:50 Back.
21:51 Now together, fast.
21:54 Come on.
22:00 Okay, guys, thank you.
22:03 Okay, ladies, that was so, so good.
22:06 Very, very nice.
22:07 Great, great going.
22:08 You want to stay back?
22:10 What's your name?
22:11 I'm Dr. Neera Chadha.
22:12 Speak into the mic.
22:13 Dr. Neera Chadha.
22:14 Dr. Neera Chadha, come forward.
22:16 And I'm not younger.
22:18 How old are you?
22:19 I'm 66 plus.
22:21 Now this is the woman of worth.
22:26 I'm inspired by you.
22:33 I'm a physiotherapist.
22:35 You're a physiotherapist.
22:36 No wonder, man, you have a strong constitution.
22:38 But I'm not way behind.
22:40 I'm 56.
22:41 We can still go out for a date.
22:44 Superb, great.
22:47 Thank you.
22:48 Come.
22:49 That's the spirit, you know, I'm flagging.
22:52 Super spirit, super spirit.
22:56 How many of you are strong here?
22:59 I need a male volunteer.
23:02 Male volunteer.
23:04 Who is it?
23:05 Is there anyone?
23:06 Brother, it won't last long.
23:10 Come on.
23:14 Come, come.
23:15 I'm not going to be late.
23:19 I'm not going to be late.
23:21 I'm not going to be late.
23:23 I'm not going to be late.
23:25 I'm not going to be late.
23:28 I'm not going to be late.
23:31 I'm not going to be late.
23:34 I'm not going to be late.
23:37 I'm not going to be late.
23:40 I'm not going to be late.
23:43 Very slow, very slow.
23:47 Okay.
23:57 Very good, very good.
23:59 Again.
24:05 Amazing, amazing, amazing.
24:08 This is beautiful.
24:18 This is beautiful.
24:20 It's awesome, girls.
24:22 Come on, quickly.
24:24 Good.
24:26 Okay.
24:33 A little more enduring.
24:36 Should we, should I try you?
24:39 Absolutely, a little more enduring.
24:41 Okay, next set of music please.
24:44 All of you down in a plank position.
24:46 Plank position.
24:48 Okay, and just watch me.
24:50 Everybody watch me.
24:51 Come on, don't give up.
24:53 Plank, louder.
24:55 Yo.
24:58 Okay, bounce.
25:05 Okay.
25:08 Up, stay there.
25:11 And up.
25:14 Stay there, down.
25:16 And up.
25:18 And down.
25:20 And up.
25:23 And five, six, yeah.
25:27 Yeah.
25:29 Yeah.
25:31 Very good.
25:33 Yeah.
25:35 Oh my God, oh my God.
25:42 Now this is unimaginable.
25:45 It's truly a wow factor.
25:47 Thank you very much, ladies.
25:48 Back.
25:52 Superb, superb.
25:54 I loved it.
25:55 You loved it.
25:56 Thank you.
25:57 We must say, thank you.
25:59 We must say thank you to Outlook,
26:01 to the designers, Amway, St. Regis,
26:03 Mickey Mehta, Corkel.
26:05 Thank you.
26:07 Thank you.
26:09 You're 48 years old.
26:11 Let's take a picture.
26:13 Let's take a picture.
26:15 Come on.
26:16 Let's go, brother.
26:17 48.
26:18 You're 16 years.
26:19 No, I'm doing exercise from since 16.
26:21 Oh, since 16.
26:22 Okay, okay.
26:23 I'm doing it from the age of six.
26:25 Got it?
26:27 Thank you.
26:28 Thank you.
26:29 Everyone deserves it.
26:30 Come on, brother.
26:31 Quick, quick, quick.
26:32 Come on, quick, quick.
26:35 That's it.
26:36 That's it.
26:37 They'll cut my money.
26:40 Okay, that's it.
26:42 Yes.
26:44 Woo.
26:47 Thank you.
26:48 Thank you so much.
26:49 I'm totally missing.
26:50 You're missing.
26:51 Okay, quickly.
26:53 Okay, back.
26:54 Thank you.
26:55 You're done, madam.
26:56 I'll meet you later.
26:59 Photo.
27:00 Thank you.
27:01 Now run.
27:02 You know, we human beings sometimes are very, very foolish and silly.
27:14 We always admire others' shapes and sizes, but we never admire our own self.
27:21 A true woman of substance first accepts herself, knows her inner beauty, and then with responsibility,
27:30 transforms.
27:31 If change is constant, we can all be choreographers of our own change.
27:36 If change is constant, we can be choreographers of our own change.
27:40 So do you want to be a choreographer?
27:43 Farah Khan, Gita Ma, or Remo?
27:49 Whatever, whatever.
27:52 That's it.
27:54 Come on.
27:55 Okay, so everybody will stand wherever they are.
27:57 And now you begin to admire your own self and you will take a pledge to change it.
28:02 Come on up, up, up.
28:04 May I have the music, please?
28:08 Music.
28:10 And I will teach you simple exercise to be in shape.
28:13 Okay, bounce.
28:15 Okay.
28:21 Okay, now.
28:26 Move.
28:32 And clockwise.
28:37 Right.
28:39 And left.
28:41 And right.
28:44 Left.
28:46 And bounce.
28:51 And right hand up.
28:54 And left.
28:57 Out.
28:59 Okay, now hug yourself.
29:03 I'm in love with the shape of you.
29:06 Open and hug yourself.
29:12 Yeah, your body, your body.
29:15 All right.
29:20 Okay.
29:21 Okay, move.
29:24 Move.
29:28 Move.
29:31 Thank you.
29:38 Very good, guys.
29:40 You guys made me sweat.
29:42 My tail is also sweating.
29:49 Project what?
29:52 I mean it's not in my hands.
29:55 I do whatever I can.
30:00 I remember it from Hasi.
30:02 Hasi, to?
30:04 I never meant that.
30:10 Hasi is good for health.
30:13 You know, each time you laugh and laugh out loud,
30:16 you empty your lungs from the bottom of the lungs,
30:20 you open up your diaphragm,
30:22 your diaphragm moves almost 13 centimeters up and down.
30:26 And it makes room for fresh air to come in.
30:29 Each time you laugh out, you heal yourself.
30:32 Because fresh oxygen means oxygen-laden blood to all the cells,
30:37 means renewal of cells, means not getting old.
30:41 Okay, so let's all of us laugh.
30:44 First, let us laugh like Mogambo.
30:48 Mogambo, khush hua.
30:51 Okay, I don't remember how did Mogambo laugh.
30:55 But okay, there is a little quirkiness, funniness in each one of us.
31:00 And if you see to your left and right, you'll find funny people everywhere.
31:05 Some funniness.
31:06 Ha ha ha ha ha ha.
31:08 Hoo hoo ha ha ha ha.
31:10 Come on, laugh yaar.
31:11 Ha ha ha ha ha.
31:13 Ha ha ha ha.
31:15 Ha ha ha ha ha.
31:16 Hoo!
31:18 Very good.
31:20 Very very good.
31:23 Outside, outside, my book, the Shunyam Quotient.
31:29 Shunyam means zero.
31:31 The point of beginning, the point of end, but as a cycle of life.
31:36 It's in reality, there is no beginning, there is no end,
31:39 because energy always perpetuates, transforms, reforms, transmigrates.
31:45 So the Shunyam Quotient will teach you how to be the best version of yourself,
31:50 and it will help you find solution to every problem of your life.
31:54 Every perspective question will be answered there.
31:59 Everything.
32:00 So, simply, it took me 10 years to write it.
32:03 It changed my life.

35:34 Okay, of those, of those, you know, I will have literally, literally,
35:41 the first seven women who run up the stage will be allowed.
35:45 First seven.
35:47 First seven.
35:48 First seven.
35:50 Okay, we are done.
35:51 Okay, all these allowed.
35:53 All these allowed.
35:54 Next year, wow, event, God knows where, God knows who will sponsor it,
36:01 but I'll be there for sure.
36:03 Public demand.
36:05 Okay, all of you just queue up behind me, queue up behind me.
36:09 We are going to have a lovely piece of music which will instill and ignite patriotism in you.
36:17 A lovely piece of music.
36:19 And these women, they've always seen fashion shows,
36:23 but never had a chance to get uninhibited and walk the ramp and open up.
36:28 So you will walk the ramp and I will demonstrate it to you how.
36:32 I mean, without the music.
36:33 So, I've been training Miss India for so many, many years, it's there in my blood.
36:38 So you move left to right, right to left, left to right, right to left, left to right,
36:42 and then you come and you,
36:45 then you look here, and then you look here,
36:48 then you turn around, look here,
36:50 and then you go back,
36:52 and even if there are 30 women on stage,
36:55 the first woman has to hold a smile like this.
36:59 Jabar jasti.
37:02 Acha, you smile happily.
37:04 Got it? Music.
37:07 Come on everybody. India!
37:13 India! India!

37:35 Yo! Turn around.
37:38 Move.
37:40 Come on, let's keep dancing.
37:46 Move! Move!
37:48 Come on!
37:50 Alright!
37:55 Very good.
37:59 Very good.
38:03 The spirit of India,
38:05 from where the life started, civilization started, literally,
38:10 so much of depth, so many dimensions,
38:14 so many multiverses within,
38:16 right from Ayurveda medicine, to our yoga,
38:20 to our shastras, our rishi-munis,
38:22 they have it all,
38:24 and whatever world has got,
38:26 it's from India.
38:28 Be proud of India,
38:30 and let's take a pledge to be patriotic today.
38:33 Let's support everything in the interest of India.
38:37 Let's support, okay? Come on.
38:40 Okay, now we come to the end of the show.
38:43 End of the show is,
38:45 ladies,
38:47 no, no, no, spread out.
38:49 Itna jalli chhodoon main nahi bhai.
38:51 Now, you literally have to bounce, jump, dance,
38:55 break the stage. Got it?
38:57 And if you feel like looking at them,
39:00 stand up, and dance again.
39:02 One more ode to India,
39:04 Chak De India.
39:06 Music.
39:07 Come on. Anybody wants to come on the stage? Come.
39:10 Come on, quick.
39:13 Behind, quickly, quickly.
39:15 Rest there, rest there.
39:17 And we will all sing together.
39:19 We will sing together.
39:21 Very good.
39:25 Five, six, seven, eight.
39:28 Kuch kariye, kuch kariye,
39:39 Nas, nas meri khole.
39:41 Har kuch kariye.
39:43 Kuch kariye, kuch kariye,
39:48 Bak, bak mera bole.
39:50 Har kuch kariye.
39:52 Ho koi kapajit kariye,
39:57 Dhup dhariye ya mariye.
39:59 Very good. Bounce.
40:01 Everybody, everybody.
40:05 Chak de India.
40:09 Chak de India.
40:13 Thank you. Thank you, ladies.
40:15 Narayan Mata ki.
40:18 Jai.
40:19 Mata.
40:20 Mataram.
40:21 Mata.
40:22 Okay, we interrupt silence.
40:24 Three seconds more.
40:26 So, I hope, hi.
40:29 A question.
40:32 There's a question from the lady.
40:38 There is a question.
40:40 Question, somebody at the mic.
40:44 Come here, speak in my mic.
40:46 Yeah, hello.
40:52 Hello. Good evening.
40:53 Say good evening to her.
40:54 Hi, good evening everyone.
40:56 And welcome to this beautiful evening.
40:58 So, Miki, I had a question that has been lingering in my head for a while.
41:01 So, today we lead, a lot of us lead sedentary lives.
41:05 And, well, we do exercise.
41:07 There are a lot of issues with osteoporosis or maybe vitamin deficiencies, for example, B12, D3.
41:14 And there's so much of supplementation that has, you know, come to the forefront.
41:19 What is your take on that?
41:21 You know, before the industrial revolution and even before the agricultural revolution,
41:28 food was just good enough.
41:30 Wholesome, natural, organic food that we consumed was very good enough.
41:35 But in today's challenging times, where we really don't know the source of the food,
41:40 we don't know the quality of its being as good, natural and pure,
41:45 supplementation happens to be our first choice to make sure that we get vitalized well.
41:53 So, I mean, for women, most importantly, that as after 28 or mostly after 35,
42:00 so multi-vitamins and multi-minerals, I really swear by a couple of companies
42:06 and Amway, I've been, you know, consuming many times and I always tell people.
42:11 So, Amway and CorCal from Lupin is a very good choice for your calcium and other inputs
42:20 because it's from corals.
42:22 It is a very high quality calcium.
42:24 The bioavailability of it is close to 75-80% or even more.
42:29 And if you exercise well, breathe well and sleep well, it increases to 90%.
42:34 So, supplementation, ladies, must do sensibly, prudently.
42:39 Don't just keep popping pills. Sensibly and prudently.
42:43 And, any questions? Allowed one more question to our junior citizen?
42:48 One question, madam, for you.
42:51 Scream!
42:52 Okay, I'll scream. Very good. Coral is a good idea. But are we using up our environment?
43:00 Super question. She says, coral is a very good idea,
43:05 but are we consuming our environment to feed our needs?
43:10 Well, I presume, madam, that there would be regulatory authorities governing that
43:16 to ensure that how much of coral and how much of natural resources we use for our consumption.
43:22 And I'm sure they are. And I'm sure it's a very, very high and a very appreciated good company.
43:29 I'm sure they follow those norms.
43:31 So, ladies and gentlemen, let's pledge to get naturalized.
43:36 Say, we get naturalized.
43:39 We got self-realized.
43:42 We got energized.
43:45 We got eternalized.
43:48 We got internalized.
43:50 We got optimized.
43:52 We got maximized.
43:55 We got mesmerized.
43:58 And we got minimized.
44:01 Thank you very much. Love you all.
44:03 See you at my stall. Thank you.
44:05 [Applause]
