PH Coast Guard probes sinking of passenger boat off Rizal

The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) says on Friday, July 28, 2023, that it will investigate the sinking of a passenger boat off Binangonan, Rizal that claimed the lives of at least 26 people on July 27. Initial reports showed that the accident may have been caused by overloading.
