00:07 Audra is on a mission to win Nick over. She is certain that she is the most qualified person

00:13 to head the organization at this time. Nick, on the other hand, is not convinced he and Sharon

00:20 and Adam are now working on a new merger. He cautions Audra that the well-being of Victoria

00:25 and Nate is the most important thing. Nevertheless, Audra is very smart. She is aware that Newman

00:32 Media might potentially merge with the Dustus International and Kirsten Incorporated at some

00:38 point in the future. Therefore, she tries to leave an impression on Nick in the hopes of

00:44 securing her position in the company in the event that the merger takes place.

00:48 Meanwhile, Nate and Billy are in the middle of a heated debate. Billy is unable to calm his

00:55 concerns that Nate is power-hungry and has hidden motivations in everything he does.

01:00 The more time that passes between Nate and Victoria, the more anxious Billy becomes because

01:06 he is concerned that Nate may take advantage of her. After all that had taken place at Chancellor

01:11 Winters, he is still anxious about Nate. And he makes it quite obvious that he considers Nate

01:18 to be unfavorable to him. But Nate is not the kind to give up easily. His advice to Billy is to stay

01:24 out of Victoria's life entirely. Bill argues that Victoria will always be more to him than just the

01:31 mother of his children, despite Nate's warning. A showdown is on the horizon as the tension between

01:37 them grows. In the thick of it all, Jill makes an unexpected appearance. She seeks direction and

01:44 goes to the influential Victor for advice. Jill and Victor make a new deal after talking to each

01:49 other. There is talk of Sally and Chloe perhaps launching a new design section under the Newman

01:55 umbrella. Because of this new arrangement, Sally may feel less guilty about leaving Chancellor

02:01 Winters. And she may be able to fulfill her responsibilities sooner than she had expected.

02:07 As the story thickens, Newman Media's future becomes more questionable. As Audra tries to

02:13 win Nick over and solidify her position, Billy's mistrust of Nate, and the possibility of a new

02:19 agreement between Jill and Victor, keep everyone on their toes. Will Audra's smart actions be
