00:18 topics discussed were trade and investment relationships between the Philippines and

00:22 Portugal as well as security, defense and maritime cooperation, agriculture, education,

00:28 and the digitalization of public services in the Philippines.

00:32 The Marcos Jr. administration is pushing for this initiative, which according to Manalo,

00:37 the country of Portugal is an expert.

00:40 Our nations enjoy a warm and cordial relationship going as far back as the 16th century and

00:46 highlighted by our shared commitment to democracy, human rights, and the rule of law.

00:51 Cravinhos said that there are many opportunities awaiting Filipinos in Portugal.

00:56 They also expressed support of the arbitral ruling in favor of the Philippines.
