00:46 filed a civil lawsuit against the city.

00:48 You got to be kidding.

00:50 She's seeking $2 million in damages.

00:52 She resisted arrest. It's been gone over.

00:54 And still, I barely touched her.

00:58 She claims she is incapacitated

01:02 Okay. Well,

01:04 I've been cleared twice.

01:06 There's no reason to think I won't be cleared again, right?

01:10 Well, that's the complicated part.

01:12 Due to the lawsuit,

01:14 the Civilian Complaint Review Board

01:16 will review the excessive force allegation.

01:18 You have the power to override that, right?

01:22 I do.

01:25 You still believe I'm innocent, right?

01:31 But it presents a conflict of interest for me,
