More Likely To Win A Playoff Game: Lions Or Chargers?

00:09 the Lions or the Chargers to win a playoff game.
00:13 Now the Lions are so overvalued by the market.

00:21 They are so, so overvalued.
00:22 It's nuts.
00:24 I mean, I'm not betting any,
00:26 I would be more likely to go against the Lions
00:28 in a futures market than be on them,
00:30 but they play in the NFC.
00:33 Anything can happen in the NFC.
00:34 You know, the Minnesota Vikings
00:36 can make the conference championship in the NFC
00:39 'cause that's how bad it is.
00:40 Who's more likely to win a playoff game?
00:44 So for me, it's the Chargers
00:46 because the Chargers roster wise,
00:50 they're as good as any team in football.
00:52 And I have been, I don't know,
00:54 one of the predominant Brandon Staley naysayers,
00:57 but even I can admit that perhaps
00:59 the change at offensive coordinator will be enough.
01:02 My problem with Brandon Staley
01:03 is he's a defensive coordinator
01:05 whose entire resume is tied to being willing
01:07 to go for it on fourth down
01:08 while their defenses were typically struggling.
01:10 Last year, the defenses got better.
01:12 They make the change at OC.
01:14 I'm excited about what the Chargers can be.
01:16 And even if the Chargers do end up in a road wildcard game
01:20 because the Chiefs dominate that division,
01:22 if not for the madness that was, again,
01:25 I mean, I refuse to believe that people
01:26 are not gonna blame Brandon Staley for it,
01:28 but the biggest blown lead we've ever seen,
01:29 they should've won a playoff game last year.

01:32 Where for the Lions, look, as you said,
01:35 and I know that's not even a question of value,
01:37 but I refuse to bet Detroit is the division favorites.
01:39 It is so fascinating that the books are like,
01:42 man, the Vikings absolutely were garbage last year.
01:45 Like, I get it, like I agree,
01:47 but like the Vikings get zero respect in any market.
