02:52 Because of the wide flood, State of Calamity declared the Panlalawigan of Pampanga as the last.

02:59 In the last situational report of Pampanga PDRRMO, as of 8 a.m.,

03:04 235 barangays and 16 LGUs were flooded in the area.

03:11 Classes in schools and government offices in the cities of San Simon, Candaba, and Masantol were suspended.

03:19 Power interruptions were reported in the cities of Masantol, Bacolor, and San Luis.

03:25 We are ready to go back in case we have to evacuate to the barangays, municipal evacuation centers.

03:31 If we cannot go to the municipal evacuation centers, we have large evacuation centers ready in the province.

03:39 Emil, more than 144,000 families in the entire Pampanga area were affected by the heavy flooding.

03:50 There are also medics in the evacuation centers because some evacuees are already sick.
