00:26 and more than 40 families were evacuated to the town of Kalasawa.

00:36 commuters are now expecting boats and carriages here in Dagupan City, Pangasinan.

00:43 The jeepney and tricycle cannot cross their roads,

00:46 including Borgo Street and some parts of Tapuak Road,

00:49 Perez Boulevard, MH Del Pilar, Mayombo and Maguingang Ibi Fernandez.

00:54 Before the flood hit the town of Dagupan,

00:57 this road was considered as a busy street.

00:59 But now, the flood is deep and light vehicles cannot cross.
