00:00 The Los Angeles Rams had one of the worst seasons ever after winning a Super Bowl.
00:06 Now Matthew Stafford is healthy, Cooper Cup is back.
00:09 They seem to have all the pieces.
00:12 What do you make of their training camp?
00:14 They have three essential pieces.
00:17 They have one of the greatest defensive tackles to ever play in Aaron Donald.
00:21 They have one of the most productive wide receivers of his generation ever in Cooper Cup.
00:26 And they have a guy with all the credentials in Matthew Stafford.
00:29 On offense, Cup said the other day, "We're clicking like we did a couple years ago on
00:33 offense with Stafford a quarterback healthy and with Cooper Cup now back healthy again."
00:38 I still think there's probably too many holes for the Rams to catch up in that division.
00:45 The 49ers in that division still look like a beast depending on how they figure out the
00:50 quarterback situation.
00:51 And the Seattle Seahawks are absolutely on the rise.
00:53 And they are so fun to watch.
00:56 They really are.
00:56 And it's not just because they have a bunch of fun, crazy, kooky uniforms either.
01:01 Oh, that's kind of fun as well.
01:02 Their rookie class, in part because of the Russell Wilson trade, is already paying off.
01:09 The coaching staff, there's no question that Pete Carroll and company, they know what they're
01:14 doing.
01:15 They got Geno Smith who resurged.
01:18 They reinvented Geno Smith and Geno Smith reinvented himself in fairness.
01:23 They have a great wide receiving group including the rookie.
01:26 And that was a surprise playoff team last year that will not be a surprise if and when
01:33 they go to the playoffs this year.
01:34 Can't wait to watch.
