00:02 As July nears a close and we move into August, plenty has happened so far this summer.
00:08 But more surprises are on the way as we saw this past Friday when Finn and Kelly's day
00:13 at the beach took an unexpected turn.
00:16 This week the characters will deal with the fallout of all of that, and Sheila is free,
00:21 and Liam and Steffi are on high alert.
00:23 But now Sheila will rescue Kelly, so let's get started on this exciting week to come,
00:28 the week of July 31st to August 4th.
00:31 On Monday, Finn makes a shocking confession.
00:34 Finn took a call from the office and he took his eyes off Kelly when she took her pail
00:39 to go get more water for the sandcastle.
00:42 But then disaster struck.
00:44 A big wave knocked Kelly down.
00:46 Oh no.
00:47 Finn didn't see, but Sheila, who had been spying on them, did.
00:51 Sheila went into lifeguard mode and raced to rescue Kelly.
00:55 We'll have to see if Kelly gets out of this unscathed, but spoilers for Monday also warn
01:00 that a life hangs in the balance.
01:03 This will be devastating if Kelly is in the hospital.
01:06 But I also want to point out that maybe Kelly will be okay and she won't have to go to the
01:10 hospital.
01:11 There's nothing definitive as of yet.
01:13 A spoiler picture shows Finn distraught.
01:16 And on Tuesday, Steffi issues Finn a stern warning.
01:19 Look for Steffi to chew Finn out over being negligent and taking his eyes off of Kelly.
01:24 Good thing Sheila was there and it's not clear yet if Finn will know that she was, but assuming
01:29 he does know, will he tell that to Steffi?
01:33 One of the big questions for Monday is will Sheila reveal to Finn that she was there on
01:37 the beach?
01:38 We'll have to see, but has Sheila now created an opening for herself to get closer to Finn
01:43 and the kids?
01:44 Not if Steffi or Liam or Ridge have anything to say about it, but knowing Sheila, anything's
01:49 possible.
01:50 Sheila told Deacon she was going to visit Finn to try and convince him she can be a
01:54 positive force in his life.
01:57 Also in an interview with Soap Opera Digest, Kimberlyn Brown said now that Sheila's a free
02:01 woman you can expect anything and everything and she's going to bring it.
02:06 And that Sheila can accomplish pretty much anything she puts her mind to and she'll put
02:10 her mind to fostering that relationship with her son.
02:14 Sheila wants nothing more than to get closer to Finn and Hayes and now that Sheila has
02:19 hugged Finn twice, she feels that she's getting closer because Finn hugged back and he had
02:25 an emotional reaction, telling Sheila that it felt like something that was missing his
02:30 whole life.
02:32 Liam took video of Finn hugging Sheila too and Liam showed Steffi the video.
02:37 Liam is in full protective mode so his reaction to Kelly now being in danger after Finn took
02:42 his eyes off her and Sheila rescuing her should be interesting.
02:46 But on Tuesday too, Wyatt questioned Steffi's reaction.
02:49 We'll have to see what this is specifically.
02:52 Maybe Wyatt is surprised that Steffi could be downplaying the hug video.
02:56 Or this could have to do with Steffi's reaction to finding out about Kelly and Finn and what
03:00 happened on the beach.
03:01 Maybe it's known that Sheila was the hero so could Wyatt be arguing that Sheila should
03:05 be given a chance?
03:07 Not likely so we'll have to see what Wyatt and Steffi discuss exactly.
03:11 Maybe it's Steffi's reaction to Finn and the hug and all of it so we'll see.
03:16 But Steffi will take drastic measures to protect those she loves the most.
03:20 Which has me wondering if she'll eventually move the kids to another location or something
03:24 along those lines.
03:26 But on Wednesday, Steffi's worst fear becomes reality.
03:30 Sheila being the one who rescued Kelly from the water could be what Steffi is worried
03:34 about and Sheila trying to use that to get back into their lives.
03:38 That's if Steffi knows about Sheila's role in rescuing Kelly.
03:41 We'll have to see.
03:42 But over with Deacon, he'll be concerned about Sheila's view of what the future holds.
03:47 So it looks like after the rescue, Sheila will be inspired.
03:50 She'll probably believe that she now has a chance, a way back in, to having a relationship
03:54 with Finn and Hayes.
03:56 Deacon is likely to remind Sheila about the reality of the forces against her, namely
04:00 the Forresters and Liam and pretty much everyone.
04:04 But Sheila always finds a way it seems.
04:06 Will she be the new nanny?
04:08 The show has been bringing this up a lot about the nanny and Steffi recently made another
04:12 reference to hiring a nanny that knows self-defense.
04:16 Could that be another way for Sheila to be around Finn and the kids?
04:20 We'll see.
04:21 And on Thursday, Finn's actions lead to a devastating result.
04:24 Oh no, the spoilers this week look grim, but let's hope for the best.
04:30 Finn will find himself in uncharted territory and Steffi will be disappointed in him too.
04:35 Future spoilers say Finn risks losing everything he holds dear.
04:39 So it looks like this incident will have some serious repercussions for Finn when it comes
04:44 to his family with Steffi.
04:46 Future spoilers also say Ridge angrily confronts the person responsible for putting his family
04:51 in jeopardy.
04:52 So it looks like Finn is going to hear it from Ridge too.
04:56 Finn's going to be in a lot of trouble it seems, so who will he turn to?
04:59 Will it be Sheila?
05:01 Will Finn and Sheila have a private meeting together and will Sheila use that to try and
05:05 work her magic?
05:06 We'll see.
05:07 I also wonder if Finn could turn to hope.
05:10 He has in the past confided in hope about things, so we'll see.
05:15 And it'll be interesting to see what Liam does too with Finn falling from grace.
05:19 Will Liam use that to try and insert himself back into Steffi's life?
05:24 Spoilers say Liam refuses to back down.
05:27 Earlier Liam told Steffi he has a good gut instinct about these things and he feels something
05:32 is going to happen, something awful.
05:34 Liam was right because we know something bad happened at the beach, but this was a case
05:39 of Finn being negligent more so than being influenced by Sheila.
05:43 And if Sheila is out of the picture and wasn't on the beach, this incident still could have
05:47 very well happened, except that maybe Sheila wouldn't have been there to save Kelly.
05:52 So in a way it's good that Sheila was there.
05:55 But Liam's whole argument to Steffi is that by hugging Sheila back, Finn is telling her
05:59 he's vulnerable.
06:00 And Sheila is going to build on that and use it any way she can to try and get closer to
06:05 Finn and Hayes and Kelly.
06:07 And Liam says he's not going to let that happen.
06:09 He loves Kelly too much to put her in harm's way and Liam tells Steffi, "I know we're
06:14 not together, but I love you too."
06:17 Liam put everything on the line and told Steffi he loves her, so Liam now told Steffi he loves
06:22 her too.
06:23 Future spoilers say Liam makes a vow, so look for Liam to continue showing Steffi that he's
06:28 determined to protect her and the kids.
06:31 So we'll see if Steffi starts becoming receptive to that.
06:34 One thing that could happen too is Liam could possibly ban Finn from being around Kelly.
06:40 Liam and Finn are heading towards a huge showdown.
06:44 Liam will argue that Finn can't protect the kids and that Sheila could be around him at
06:48 any time lurking and that could be dangerous.
06:51 Liam too likely won't forgive Finn for taking his eyes off Kelly, so look for Liam to make
06:56 a point about that.
06:58 And on Friday, Sheila reflects on how her past led to her present.
07:02 For Sheila, this has been a long journey and now charges against her have been dropped
07:06 and she's a free woman.
07:08 She has a second chance now, at least with Finn, but overcoming the Forresters will be
07:13 an entirely different obstacle.
07:15 But one thing you can never do with Sheila is count her out.
07:18 She could find a way to be close to Finn and Hayes, so we'll see.
07:22 Also Friday, Lee's unwavering loyalty is in jeopardy.
07:25 We'll see Hayes and Lee on set on Friday, and by then we'll have to see how all of the
07:30 beach drama affected everyone, and how it's affected Finn.
07:34 Will he be focused on trying to prove himself or trying to atone for his negligence?
07:40 And Lee's loyalty is in jeopardy, so what does that mean?
07:43 Will she start seeing Finn differently after knowing he hugged Sheila?
07:47 Plenty of questions will be answered this week after the exciting events of this past
07:51 week, so stay tuned as the calendar turns to August.
