00:38 Many places in the town of Candaba are still submerged because of the continuous rain.
00:43 According to the disaster office, all 33 barangays of Candaba have water.
00:48 Candaba is a catch basin of water from Karatigbayan.
00:52 For now, the deepest is in Barangay San Agustin that reaches 13 feet.
00:57 That's why only boats are used for transportation in the area.
01:00 There are still some roads that cannot be passed even by a big and tall vehicle like this truck that is moving backwards.

01:23 Another difficulty for those who want to reach Candaba is the traffic in Endlex because of the flood.
01:28 Other motorists are being pushed to the side.
01:31 The MDRRMO of Candaba also reported that their roads were damaged.
01:36 The municipal engineering office is assessing the flood situation.
01:48 There are 15 houses that were partially damaged because of the flood.
01:51 Only 20 families or 86 individuals are left in evacuation centers.
01:56 The damaged 4,000 hectares of rice is worth Php 118 million.
02:02 It was also reported that partial damage was also found in the fishing villages of Candaba, which is worth Php 31 million.
