00:02 Finn calls Sheila a hero.
00:05 A new preview for this week shows Finn telling Steffi
00:08 that Sheila is a hero for rescuing Kelly.
00:11 And today we saw the aftermath of the rescue.
00:14 Kelly is okay, thankfully,
00:16 and Finn showed his gratitude to Sheila for acting quickly.
00:19 Finn is grateful that Kelly is okay,
00:21 but also that because of Sheila, a tragedy was avoided.
00:26 And in a way, Sheila bailed Finn out
00:28 for his negligence of taking his eyes off Kelly.
00:32 So for Kelly and Finn,
00:33 it's a good thing Sheila was on the scene.
00:35 But despite Finn being grateful to Sheila,
00:38 he also told her she has to keep her distance
00:40 and that he can't see her.
00:42 Later, when Finn and Kelly arrived home,
00:44 they told Steffi what happened.
00:46 And Kelly told Steffi that Finn's mom saved her.
00:50 Steffi assumed that meant Lee,
00:52 but Kelly said it wasn't Lee, it was Sheila.
00:55 Steffi was stunned.
00:57 It looks like Steffi's worst fears are coming true,
01:00 Sheila being back in their lives.
01:03 Finn went on to explain to Steffi everything that happened,
01:05 how he got an important call from work,
01:08 and how he had to turn his back
01:10 to shield himself from the wind
01:11 and get better phone reception.
01:14 Steffi scolded Finn for turning his back on Kelly,
01:17 saying, "You never turn your back on a child at the beach."
01:20 Finn said it happened so fast.
01:23 And then he heard Kelly's cry for help.
01:25 When he raced to the beach,
01:26 that's when he saw that Sheila had rescued Kelly.
01:29 Steffi asked what Sheila was even doing there.
01:32 Finn says he doesn't know,
01:33 but we found out from Sheila when she told Deacon
01:36 that she went to the hospital first to find Finn,
01:39 and then she followed them to the beach.
01:42 Sheila arrived back at Deacon's place too today
01:44 and told him that she saved Kelly's life.
01:47 And Deacon tells Sheila
01:48 she may have just pulled off the impossible,
01:51 implying that by saving Kelly,
01:53 that could be what Sheila needs
01:54 to have a relationship with Finn.
01:56 But Deacon may give Sheila a reality check soon too,
01:59 so we'll see.
02:00 And Deacon also was hesitant to unlock the door for Sheila,
02:04 so will Deacon now start to try
02:06 and distance himself from her?
02:08 Deacon knows he has a lot to lose
02:10 by associating with Sheila, so we'll see.
02:12 And Bill and Ridge know about Deacon's connection to Sheila,
02:16 so that may be on his mind as well.
02:18 But back with Steffi and Finn,
02:20 Finn said, "Thank God Sheila was there,
02:22 "because if she wasn't, she saved her life," said Finn.
02:26 "My mother saved Kelly's life."
02:28 Finn being comfortable referring to Sheila
02:30 as his mom and mother now.
02:32 And soon, Finn will say she's a hero.
02:35 Steffi isn't going to see Finn's side in this,
02:37 but Finn has come clean now about his mistake,
02:40 and Steffi now knows the whole story
02:42 about what happened on the beach.
02:43 Steffi knows what happened, so what happens next?
02:46 Does she tell Liam?
02:48 We'll have to see how that unfolds.

02:51 Finn's actions lead to a devastating result.
02:54 So could we be looking at a separation?
02:57 Or maybe Steffi will move the kids?
03:00 And will Finn start supporting the idea
03:02 of Sheila being in their lives?
03:04 Could Finn think that maybe Sheila deserves forgiveness,
03:06 and that by saving Kelly, Sheila has now redeemed herself?
03:10 Steffi and Liam will never see it that way,
03:12 nor would Ridge, Brooke, Bill, or anyone else, really.
03:16 Sheila is basically a pariah because of her criminal past
03:19 and history with the Forresters.
03:21 But having a relationship with Finn
03:23 is really all Sheila cares about, and Hayes too.
03:26 Will Steffi start to realize that Finn is too dangerous
03:29 to be with because of his connection to Sheila?
03:32 Is this opening the door for a steam Steffi and Liam reunion?
03:36 If Steffi and Finn do become estranged,
03:38 and Finn and Sheila do become closer,
03:41 where would a story like that lead?
03:43 We'll have to see.
03:44 Finn doesn't have many allies other than Steffi,
03:46 Liam, and of course, Sheila and Jack.
03:48 But if Finn is on the outside with Steffi,
03:50 it'd be interesting to see how Finn reacts to that.
03:53 Would he try to win Steffi back?
03:55 Finn is Sheila's son, and Finn is Hayes' father,
03:58 so Finn has ties to the show in that sense.
04:01 But down the road, where will Finn be?
04:04 Could he and Steffi end up splitting,
04:05 and Steffi reunites with Liam?
04:08 Could all of this be leading up to a steam reunion?
04:11 Finn's connection to Sheila could drive Steffi away,
04:13 so we'll see.
04:14 But it's going to be exciting to see what happens next
