An Adelaide woman accused of killing a prominent neuropsychologist on Goodwood road after a night of drinking has told the District Court she felt perfectly fine before getting into her car. Lauren Jean Willgoose has pleaded not guilty to causing death by dangerous driving, saying there were visibility issues on the night of the collision.

00:55 The accused told the court there was poor visibility on the night of the crash and estimated
01:00 her car lights only illuminated about two metres in front of her car.

01:11 The court heard Ms Wilgus drank a further four glasses of wine when she got home, the
01:16 prosecution putting to the accused that she did so in case police came around to breathalyse
01:21 her, to which she also disagreed.

01:28 a news article about the collision.
