Quest 2 Qatar - Episode 12
As dusk approached we enjoyed the last moments of natural daylight with a view of one of the most iconic buildings in the Middle East. As the skyline lit up we followed the colors to the boardwalk along the Corniche and witnessed one of the most spectacular and technologically advanced water and light shows I have ever seen.

00:08 So this quest to Qatar, we're looking at
00:26 night city life.
00:28 What a building to start it all off in.
00:31 We're at Lusail and this is the Crescent Tower,
00:34 the famous Crescent Tower.
00:36 Now it wasn't built in time for World Cup 2022,
00:40 but it's still impressive nevertheless.
00:43 And you can see the curvature and the style of the building
00:46 is based off of the curved blades.
00:49 So the curved swords that you see as an emblem
00:52 for the Qatar national flag.
00:55 Looks a bit like Gandhi's.

01:06 We took a detour to Souk Waif,
01:31 footballers, all the fans, everyone's passing through.
01:34 We just saw a big crowd of Saudi Arabian and Qatari fans
01:39 chanting, still celebrating that win against Argentina.

02:16 It's important to take a pause from the nightlife.
02:24 So, eating a nice meal here in the Souk
02:30 and then heading back to see what promises to be
