Cravings - Episode 3 Vegetarian
Transcript
00:00 Cravings Nation, Marianne Shonhe and we're back at it again.
00:04 That's right.
00:05 This episode we're going to do some vegetarian options.
00:08 Yeah, I know.
00:09 You know, like beans.
00:10 And carrots and cucumber and grass and twigs and berries, that kind of stuff.
00:14 Let's try and make it interesting, right?
00:16 What is vegetarian meals?
00:18 Is it just veggies or can we have options without meat?
00:21 I don't know.
00:22 My mind can't even think right now because I'm a carnivore.
00:24 I need meat in my meals.
00:25 Easy, calm down.
00:26 Sorry.
00:27 So, thanks to Cravings Nation, we have found a couple of very good vegetarian, vegan and
00:32 idle options that are both tasty and apparently quite good for you.
00:36 So I think that this week, after all those weeks of eating meat, we should try something
00:39 different.
00:40 We need it.
00:41 Yeah.
00:41 Let's do it.
01:04 Alright, we're here in sunny St. James on Patna Street to be precise and we're at the
01:08 Youthful Vegan.
01:09 The buzz around the Youthful Vegan is fantastic.
01:11 I've been hearing about it from vegetarians and even non-vegetarians.
01:14 Awesome.
01:15 They say it's totally the place to eat right now, especially given the recent health conscious
01:21 trend within Trinidad.
01:23 So I'm excited about trying what you have to offer.
01:25 Awesome.
01:26 Yes, and actually a lot of our customers aren't even, we have a lot of customers that are
01:29 not vegetarians or vegan and either just want something different out of the norm or a healthier
01:34 meal because we try our best to focus on as healthy as possible as we can get.
01:39 But still comforting.
01:40 Good.
01:41 You can still enjoy and be satisfied.
01:42 That's what the meal's all about, the enjoyment.
01:44 Totally.
01:45 So today we recommended our special which is called, we kind of named it Palenta Madness.
01:50 Palenta Madness.
01:51 I like it.
01:53 It is a savoury pan-seared palenta topped with our veggie medley of mushroom, plantain,
01:59 spinach, tomatoes and then a little bit of cranberry orange reduction and a small side
02:05 salad on the side.
02:06 So now we have the Palenta Madness looking very, very good and actually smelling quite
02:17 good as well too.
02:18 I have the good fortune of being joined by another youthful vegan first timer, Mariella.
02:24 Let's start with the palenta.
02:26 I think I want to mix like the palenta with some of what's going on on top right here.
02:32 I'm getting that creaminess from the palenta and it has been, the creaminess comes from
02:37 the coconut milk.
02:38 There's no cheese in this so they use coconut milk.
02:41 It's nice and creamy and I like a nice savoury and sweet mix.
02:46 It's very balanced.
02:47 Like the choice of the different things that she chose to combine in this dish, it's definitely
02:55 working.
02:56 For sure.
02:57 Absolutely.
02:58 For sure.
02:59 You know you had to eat your veggies too.
03:00 I love the veggies man.
03:01 Come on, what are you talking about?
03:02 I'm done with the veggies.
03:03 I really do love the spinach.
03:04 Yeah.
03:05 The spinach is so nice in this.
03:06 Yeah.
03:07 What we have today in terms of dessert, some organic cupcakes with chocolate date frosting.
03:16 Okay.
03:17 Now, I don't know what's vegan about this because this tastes as good as any other chocolate
03:28 cupcake I've ever had, less all the negative stuff.
03:31 So I can definitely see myself opting to have a vegan chocolate cupcake instead of a normal
03:41 chocolate cupcake.
03:42 No doubt.
03:43 There's no loss of flavour.
03:45 It's very, very light.
03:47 It's very rich in terms of the chocolate and the frosting, even though it's made from dates,
03:51 it tastes like legit chocolate.
03:52 Best of all, there's no sugar.
03:53 Best of all, no sugar.
03:54 You can have that time when the sweetness and feel that is nothing but goodness going
04:01 inside.
04:02 Sounds good to me, man.
04:03 So a dozen of these to go in that case.
04:07 You can have one as well, camera guy.
04:08 Don't worry, I ain't gonna leave you out.
04:09 The G-Spot food truck on Maraval Road is predominantly known for three things.
04:17 You got gluten-free options, vegan options and vegetarian options, which is what we're
04:22 here for.
04:23 So I've ordered two things.
04:25 I've ordered a savoury crepe and a rice bowl.
04:27 So let's see how this goes.
04:32 Thank you.
04:33 All right, a little greedy.
04:36 Don't judge.
04:37 Okay, guys, so the first thing I noticed is the colour of the crepe.
04:41 You guys are wondering why it's so brown.
04:43 It's not burnt.
04:44 It's actually made out of buckwheat flour.
04:45 So it's a healthy option.
04:47 It's gluten-free.
04:49 This Monaco crepe consists of almonds, we have mushrooms, we have goat cheese, we have
04:55 spinach, thyme and it's drizzled with a little bit of some local honey.
05:04 So when it comes to amazing pairings of foods, cheese and honey always go together.
05:11 So we have that nice salty nutty taste from the goat cheese and the almonds combined.
05:17 The earthy tones of the mushrooms combined with that sweet local honey.
05:21 Match made in heaven.
05:22 Pretty delicious.
05:23 And for a healthy option, I feel like I'm slightly convicted.
05:28 So onto the rice bowl.
05:29 We've got some black beans, we have a charred corn salsa, we have wild rice, plantains and
05:35 some grilled vegetables.
05:40 You have that nice citrusy, sweet corn coming into the mix.
05:44 You've got your beans, wild rice, you can taste the garlic, you can taste the coconut
05:49 oil.
05:50 So all those sort of infuse into the rice, gives it some body, gives it some texture,
05:55 some taste.
05:56 So that's good to note.
05:57 And of course, can't go wrong with some plantain.
06:03 Hey Adam, good to see you again.
06:31 Thank you.
06:32 How's everything?
06:33 Everything is good.
06:34 Busy.
06:35 And of course, when I'm busy, I look for something quick.
06:38 And your salads I keep on hearing are fantastic.
06:40 Thank you.
06:41 Like everything else here, which I've pretty much tried twice already.
06:43 Thank you.
06:44 What did you have in today?
06:45 You know, I was told that the tropical quinoa salad and a quinoa salad with beets is definitely
06:50 the way to go.
06:51 Really good.
06:52 Really good.
06:53 Tasty.
06:54 I'll take your word for it.
06:55 We make it with a new butter head lettuce, hydroponically grown in Gasparillo.
06:58 Oh, that looks good.
07:01 Look at these colors on the beet salad, man.
07:03 This is beautiful.
07:04 I do love myself some quinoa.
07:07 Fresh beets, not canned.
07:08 Right.
07:09 Organic quinoa.
07:10 Oh, look at this, man.
07:11 This is so nice.
07:12 It's a beautiful looking salad.
07:13 The colors, what I imagine will be the textures in this must be fantastic.
07:18 You're making me hungry.
07:19 Oh, boy.
07:20 Sorry, get your own salad.
07:21 All right.
07:22 Oh, this is good.
07:28 I'm getting the tartness from the onions, mixed with the sweetness from the quinoa,
07:35 and the corn adds another layer of sweetness as well.
07:39 Oh, wow.
07:41 This you're getting that very Mexican flavor to it.
07:45 I'm also tasting the lime.
07:46 I'm definitely getting that lime.
07:47 That kind of brings it together very nicely.
07:48 So I enjoy this.
07:49 But most importantly, let me try this.
07:50 I need you to taste it.
07:51 Local butter head lettuce.
07:52 You're getting the tart right away.
07:59 Oh, yeah.
08:03 Very smooth and it's just full of taste.
08:06 You're getting a slight bitterness, but a very rich flavor as well, too.
08:10 Love the salads.
08:11 Excellent.
08:12 I'm glad you enjoyed it.
08:13 It's difficult to pick a winner, because for me, they're both winners for different reasons.
08:17 So they both appeal to me, and I will have them again.
08:20 Excellent.
08:21 A big part of what we do is create meals that are low glycemic index, which simply
08:31 means the sugar content is low, so it doesn't spike the sugar too high.
08:35 Okay.
08:36 Right?
08:37 So everything that's before you, anyone can have it.
08:39 Anybody who wants to lose weight, anybody who's diabetic, anybody who has any type of
08:43 chronic lifestyle disease, the food is packed with nutrition.
08:47 I see some berries here.
08:49 Goji berries.
08:50 It has the second highest source of vitamin C of any fruit on the face of the earth.
08:57 I'm going to try the garlic.
08:58 Very healthy.
08:59 Wow.
09:00 Now, you know when they talk about organic vegetables, and you're like, "Yeah, whatever.
09:04 What's the big difference?"
09:05 You can taste the difference.
09:06 You guys, yeah, you can taste the difference in this, right?
09:10 This tastes fresh.
09:11 So this is the gourmet doubles.
09:13 You said the bara's actually made from chana flour.
09:17 Chana flour.
09:18 Right.
09:19 So this is the chana flour as we already established.
09:20 Right.
09:21 So how does it taste?
09:22 We did a doubles episode, so I was able to try all the doubles around Trinidad.
09:31 And now I feel like we should have done this, because I'm giving this a five out of five.
09:36 This is phenomenal.
09:37 It tastes just like doubles.
09:39 You had told me that this is the...
09:41 This is cuckoo.
09:42 This is Lebat style cuckoo.
09:43 So we don't use corn, because corn is starchy.
09:45 Right.
09:46 And it can spike your blood sugar.
09:47 So we use quinoa.
09:48 Quinoa is a grain from Peru.
09:50 This is super seed green.
09:51 This is one of our new creations.
09:55 I don't know why I'm smiling so much.
09:56 This excites me.
09:57 I can't even describe what it is, because you told me nothing, no seasoning here is processed seasoning.
10:03 Yes, everything is fresh.
10:05 All these fresh seasonings, it's almost like your taste buds are coming alive.
10:09 Because we're so accustomed to eating processed food all the time, that I can't actually even tell what's organic anymore.
10:15 This is...
10:16 Yeah.
10:17 Okay.
10:18 So everything is organic.
10:19 Great meal for vegetarians to come and try.
10:22 I mean, there's nothing else I'll do, other than come on down, or up, or across, whichever way you live.
10:29 Just do it.
10:31 All right, Cravings Nation.
10:41 Now, we cannot do a vegetarian episode without featuring what is probably one of the growing trends in terms of healthy living, juicing.
10:50 So as such, we're here at the Sweet Beet Juice Bar in West Mall to see what they have to offer us.
10:54 Let's go.
10:55 Hey, how you doing, man?
10:56 All right.
10:58 Trying to get two beverages.
11:00 Give me the immunity juice, and I think I'm going to go with the Mayaro Green smoothie.
11:06 I heard great things about both of them, actually.
11:09 [music]
11:12 [music]
11:15 [music]
11:42 All right, so two juices and no Marie.
11:44 Producer, where Marie?
11:46 All right, let me try to give her a call.
11:49 Forever late.
11:51 I am mixing the plantain with the ice cream.
12:01 Why?
12:02 Because it's all so good.
12:04 Come on, Marie, answer the phone.
12:06 What's going on with Marie?
12:08 I'm going to eat, I mean.
12:09 Come on.
12:10 Stop it.
12:11 That's my food.
12:12 Don't give them anything.
12:14 It's my food.
12:16 Anyway, here, we don't need Marie for this segment.
12:20 I'm going to get an upgrade.
12:21 I better marry Elena.
12:23 [music]
12:38 Ladies and gentlemen, when Wonder closes, two windows open.
12:42 As I said, we don't need no Marie.
12:44 I got an upgrade.
12:46 Here we have for this segment, just for this segment only, Marie and Elena.
12:49 This is Marie and Elena here, just for this segment.
12:52 Massive upgrade.
12:54 As I said before, I've heard great things about the Mayaro Green, so I'm going to have this smoothie.
13:00 Ladies, you feel free to fight up, decide which ones you want.
13:02 What you have here is the detoxify and the immunity.
13:06 Let's give it a try.
13:08 You guys go ahead.
13:10 Wow.
13:14 This is by far one of the greatest smoothies I've ever had.
13:18 I'm definitely getting that very strong banana flavor.
13:22 I'm getting a hint of mint, and the sweetness of the pineapple also comes out.
13:27 I would unquestionably recommend this smoothie.
13:30 I totally understand what the big deal is about.
13:32 I got an easy taste.
13:34 I think it's pretty amazing because I know it has ginger and apples and beets in it, but I can't even taste it.
13:39 It just tastes so amazing.
13:41 Everything just comes together.
13:43 I think the color is brilliant.
13:45 That's what I like about it.
13:47 It looks like it's going to be very sugary, but it's actually really nice.
13:51 Like a red light and a green light.
13:53 I like that.
13:55 We have everything.
13:57 The full supply spectrum right here, folks.
13:59 Elena, your turn.
14:01 I taste the ginger in it, but it's not overpowering.
14:04 I know that ginger is really good for your immune system, so hence the name "Immunity".
14:08 That's right.
14:09 It's really tasty and really amazing.
14:11 Cool, man. Sounds good.
14:12 I think we have some winners here.
14:14 Cravings Nation, that's it.
14:17 Sweet beet for your healthy juice treats.
14:20 No place else to go.
14:21 Here at Cravings Nation, we normally try to call ahead.
14:24 However, this time, no such luck.
14:26 Somebody dropped the ball, but we're here at Mr. Charles' Juice Bar, and we're going to see what kind of good juice we can get.
14:31 Let's check it out.
14:33 Hello.
14:34 Hi, good night.
14:35 Welcome to Mr. Charles' Juice Bar. How can I help you?
14:37 We're doing a vegetarian episode, and of course, we could not do one without covering juicing.
14:42 Since this is the newest juice bar on the block, we thought we had to come check out Mr. Charles'.
14:47 Sure. It's nice to have you all here.
14:49 Talk to me. In terms of a healthy juice, what's the option? What do you recommend?
14:54 We have a wide variety of juices and smoothies.
14:56 I would recommend we have our fat-burning drinks.
14:59 Nice.
15:00 You could choose any one of our fat-burning drinks.
15:02 Hold on, though, man. Somewhere I heard you can make your own smoothie up in here.
15:05 Of course. You could create your own smoothie.
15:06 All right, so let me go.
15:07 Wait.
15:08 It's not so easy.
15:10 Oh, gosh. Come on, man.
15:11 But because you're Cravings, we'll do it.
15:14 Cravings, we're big. Let's go.
15:17 What kind of fruits are you interested in?
15:19 You know, that's a good question.
15:21 I think tonight I'm feeling kind of pineapple-ish and maybe some raspberries, if you have any.
15:26 Sure. So let's start it.
15:28 Let's do it.
15:29 [music]
15:58 So apart from the obvious sweetness of the pineapple and the tartness of the raspberries,
16:03 there's something fruity, sweet that kind of ties us all together.
16:07 What is that?
16:08 It's our Mr. Chow secret ingredient.
16:10 Mr. Chow's secret ingredient.
16:12 So Cravings Nation will never know what that is.
16:14 But this is a very, very good smoothie.
16:17 It's quite tasty.
16:18 Everything ties together perfectly.
16:20 An interesting fact about the Mr. Chow smoothies and juices is that they're all named after streets in Woodbrook.
16:27 So what's this one called?
16:28 This is a blended Cornelio.
16:29 The blended Cornelio.
16:31 However, I think going forward, we're going to call it the blended Cornelio done Sean's way.
16:35 So on your menu, next time I come back here, I want to see a change.
16:39 The blended Cornelio by Sean.
16:41 Sure.
16:42 Stop that, all right?
16:44 But Mari, let me tell you something.
16:46 You're missing out on one fantastic smoothie here.
16:49 So you're lost. Maybe next time.
16:51 [music]
16:54 [music]
17:16 All right.
17:17 Hey, guys.
17:18 We are here at 53 Rosalino Street at the trendy, trendy Drink Longjam Bistro.
17:24 We're told that there are a couple of very great vegetarian items on the drink menu.
17:29 So we're actually here tonight to try a couple of them.
17:31 In particular, we're going to try the aubergine roll and the roasted vegetable pasta.
17:36 [music]
17:50 Okay, nice.
17:51 The aubergine roll and the roasted vegetable pasta.
17:55 I mean, the first thing that jumps out at me is just the roasted vegetable pasta has plenty Parmesan.
18:00 And there's no chard or cheese on the aubergine roll either.
18:04 [music]
18:10 It's creamy, cheesy, and you're getting the vegetables pretty much in every single forkful of pasta.
18:17 But the one I'm particularly excited about is the aubergine.
18:20 I've never had eggplant like this.
18:22 So let's give it a try.
18:24 [music]
18:31 That's just perfect.
18:33 You're getting that eggplant flavor, undoubtedly, but getting some saltiness from the cheese.
18:40 And the marinara sauce adds a bit of tartness to it as well too.
18:43 So it all comes together very, very nicely.
18:46 And you're getting, of course, that very strong taste of Italian herbs and spices.
18:51 In both cases, each one of them unquestionably gets a rating of 4.
18:56 No doubt about that.
18:57 They're both quite good.
18:59 We're here on the iconic Arapeta Avenue at Hassan Jairo's.
19:03 Yes, you heard me correctly, Hassan Jairo's.
19:06 But we're not here for the Jairo's.
19:07 We're here to try their hummus.
19:09 What's up?
19:10 And the--
19:11 Hey.
19:12 Marie, where have you been?
19:13 I got a little car in the way.
19:15 I had to leave it going.
19:16 So I was still eating.
19:17 Oh, wow.
19:18 You can't be serious.
19:19 Yeah, I spilled a lot of stuff.
19:20 So I had to go.
19:21 I'm not surprised.
19:22 But looking to it, I must say.
19:23 And I'm excited.
19:24 And I'm happy that you're here.
19:25 You know why?
19:26 I interrupted you.
19:27 Yes, you did.
19:28 So you stay there, smile, look pretty.
19:30 Or stay there, smile at least.
19:31 All right?
19:32 We're here to try the falafel and also the hummus.
19:36 OK, yes.
19:37 And you're part Arab.
19:38 So you know all about that hummus.
19:40 I'm half Lebanese.
19:41 So I'm super excited about this.
19:42 Nice.
19:43 All right?
19:44 We're going to try some of the food.
19:45 I don't know if it's going to be as good as my grandmother's.
19:47 But let's see what we're going to do with this.
19:50 Big up, grandma.
19:51 Let's go.
19:52 All right.
19:53 Love you, sister.
19:54 Let's see what's happening.
19:55 All right, let's go.
19:56 Love you, too.
19:57 [music playing]
19:59 Hi.
20:13 Sorry.
20:14 [speaking arabic]
20:15 Nice.
20:16 Oh, that's nice.
20:20 I'm getting the garlic from the hummus, the dough.
20:23 And the falafel is just right to perfection.
20:25 I've had hummus and falafels, but in a restaurant,
20:27 never on the street like this.
20:28 Oh, really?
20:29 So I'm actually kind of impressed by this.
20:30 So I'll definitely get this next time I come to Hassan Jiro's,
20:32 without a doubt.
20:33 Yep.
20:34 Now, this I have to give a solid four,
20:37 only because apart from the fact that it tastes good,
20:40 I had no idea I could get hummus and falafel on a street
20:44 in Trinidad.
20:45 So it caught me impressed.
20:47 This is a great option for vegetarians
20:49 who want some street food more than just--
20:51 well, what is there on a street food for vegetarians?
20:53 Double price.
20:54 Oh, right, yeah, doubles and fries.
20:55 Doubles and fries.
20:56 That's what it is.
20:57 You have a little more options.
20:58 I'm going to give this--
20:59 I'll give it a four as well, only because nobody can make
21:02 Arabic food the way my grandmother does.
21:04 Oh, grandma.
21:05 Yeah.
21:06 So what, we off to the next place or what?
21:07 That's right.
21:08 The hunt is on.
21:09 I'm going to be there this time.
21:10 I won't stay here.
21:11 You're coming with me, all right?
21:12 I'm making sure you're coming.
21:13 All right.
21:14 Let's go.
21:15 Fine.
21:16 [music playing]
21:19 [music playing]
21:21 We're here on the busy Independence Square
21:30 at Squito's Idol Restaurant.
21:32 Yes, you heard me, Squito's Idol Restaurant.
21:34 Is it a restaurant?
21:35 Is it a truck?
21:36 Yes, it's a restaurant in a truck.
21:37 Oh, OK.
21:38 Get with the program, man.
21:39 Right.
21:40 So what are we having tonight?
21:41 Apparently, we're having a bit of everything.
21:42 We're having macaroni pie.
21:43 We're having lentil rice.
21:44 We're having okra.
21:45 We're having soya.
21:46 We're having plenty of things in one container.
21:49 Everything except for meat.
21:51 The soya, nice texture, very well seasoned.
21:55 I mean, not to sound cliche, but it tastes like beef.
21:57 All right, I'm sorry.
21:58 It does taste beef-like.
22:00 Yeah, not so much beef.
22:02 I actually feel like it tastes more like chicken.
22:04 Maybe.
22:05 I should say meat-like is a better way of putting it.
22:06 I think you might be right.
22:07 How much is this?
22:08 That's $35.
22:09 $35.
22:10 For $35, you can have something that's healthy, wholesome,
22:14 tasty at almost any time of night up until 11 PM.
22:18 This is two meals.
22:19 This is two meals.
22:20 Everything just works so good in this.
22:21 I must say, those ketos you guys have me almost speechless.
22:25 Say it one more time.
22:26 So what was your rating then?
22:28 Boy, it's not fair to rate something this unique and this
22:31 good.
22:32 I'm going to have to give this a 4.5 easy.
22:34 I'm going to go with a 4.5, too.
22:36 An easy 4.5.
22:37 Yes, it is.
22:38 The convenience, the flavor, the location, all winners, man.
22:42 So there's nothing, nothing at all that I can say negative or
22:46 remotely questionable about this.
22:48 All right.
22:54 So I thought that vegetarian meals was going to still have me
22:56 hungry at the end of the day.
22:57 But let me tell you what.
22:58 That was not the case.
22:59 You're wrong about that.
23:00 This is why I wear big t-shirts.
23:01 Yep.
23:02 So I can have space.
23:03 For more vegetarian stuff.
23:05 For more vegetarian stuff.
23:06 That's right.
23:07 I was thoroughly impressed.
23:08 Now, as we established at the beginning, I'm a carnivore.
23:11 But I feel like I could change my life.
23:14 Okay, Marie, you can't change your life.
23:16 In two days.
23:17 Okay, that sounds believable now, all right.
23:19 But --
23:20 You hear that original meat mouth.
23:21 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
23:22 We tried the -- well, you tried the juices.
23:23 The juice bars, man.
23:24 I mean, Port of Spain has some fantastic juice bars.
23:27 Mr. Charles was good.
23:28 And the Sweet Meat in Westmall, out of this world.
23:31 That immunity smoothie, I'm coming back for that sometime soon.
23:34 Well, I feel like I don't even need to say this because you all
23:36 saw what happened in that episode.
23:38 I heard about you.
23:39 You were in the bar at Tara.
23:40 Oh, my gosh.
23:41 I didn't think that you could make regular, trendy meals healthy
23:45 and still be able to enjoy it.
23:47 But you know what?
23:48 They did a really good job with that.
23:50 Well, for me, I'm absolutely blown away by the Youthful Vegan.
23:54 I mean, they prepare their vegan meals with such care,
23:58 full of flavor and such variety.
24:00 And more importantly, they have vegan desserts and vegan juices.
24:03 That stuff was good.
24:04 Didn't you go Adam's too?
24:06 Yeah, Adam's, the quinoa.
24:07 The quinoa salad at Adam's.
24:08 Both of them made me a believer.
24:10 I'm not a salad dude, but those salads I would have over and over again.
24:13 Yes, well, I'm glad you went to the dark side.
24:16 Hold up, the dark side?
24:17 Not quite.
24:18 However, one of my favorite spots--
24:19 Oh, yeah, they serve cookies there.
24:20 That's right.
24:21 My favorite spot, though, would have to be-- and they surprised me
24:24 with Eitel, Port of Spain, downtown Port of Spain in front of Mario's.
24:27 You can get food up until 11.30 at night.
24:29 And real less food.
24:30 I mean, like a home-cooked meal.
24:31 Macaroni pie, lentil rice, all kind of thing up in the Okro.
24:35 Just saying.
24:36 All kind of thing for $35, folks.
24:38 $35.
24:39 Budget friendly.
24:41 Yep.
24:42 Anyway, we strayed off a little bit there.
24:44 We did.
24:45 All in all, we had some really good options, and I hope you guys go and try
24:49 and check out at least one or two or--
24:51 Just check them all.
24:52 They're all good.
24:53 Go for it.
24:54 They're worth it, okay?
24:55 All right, here, Marie, time's going.
24:56 I think Adam's is closing in a few.
24:58 Let's go check them out now.
24:59 I can leave with a quinoa salad.
25:00 Let's do this.
25:01 Let's hit the road.
25:02 Come.
