00:12 it's Christmas time so we have another line and all the Christmas food that you like that you
00:16 probably can't make that I know that I can't make we're going to learn it right here with the best
00:21 chefs in TNT so here what's happening let me see who we're cooking with today and what it is we're cooking
00:28 there's your boy Sandy here back at it again so we did well with the chicken so we're back to
00:32 do something special nobody really focuses on seafood so we'll do fish in this episode here
00:37 and of course we're gonna suit it up with a nice foot melody poncha crepe so let's get it done
00:42 once again right here in the studio with us from season one to season two my boy Sandy
00:52 we could hear what's going on that chicken you make last time boy dog boy

01:00 it's like Christmas early I like your bag so here what's going on
01:06 what are we cooking today all right so you know there's a little Christmas mood for ham turkey
01:14 chicken regular that's a no that's a no what you just do for people for Christmas and people on
01:19 your side we're gonna do a roast fish roasted fish man what's always inside with a roasted fish boy
01:26 we're gonna do a nice garden fruit salad Christmas garden salad so you're eating a little healthy
01:34 today then yeah what kind of fish are we going to do red snapper red snapper
01:40 what do you think that's nice and what we're drinking with that so we're gonna
01:46 change it up for you crazy yeah no you like things different yeah so we're gonna do a tropical melody

03:42 we wash your hands and the man say we're making a roasted fish christmas salad and we have a
03:48 tropical medley puncture creme so it's tough today boy boy that christmas done by you again
03:54 yeah well what you're forced me to go back to the drawing board back to the drawing board and
03:59 here in the classroom yeah right so but i'll give you some instructions actually with the fish first
04:04 first of all what kind of fishes what are we doing now red snapper red snapper and i see the season
04:09 it's already a little bit pre-seasoned what did we use for it for the pre-seasoning
04:12 oh so what you put on it
04:15 nice there's all your put on it so you don't put salt in seafood yeah well all of us they will
04:22 have all that already in it if i have everything in it one time so you just said i just throw that
04:25 inside and bang boom bang nice and what are the other ingredients that we need to have fish
04:31 roasting well we will repeat the same process what we did with the chicken

04:56 right so okra is a new ingredient yes i see we have some lime yes or else yeah yeah some carrots
05:05 pimentos hot pepper yes the pine yes cucumber carrots garlic your raw garlic behavior there

09:23 cloves inside there yeah and we're just breaking it up inside the handle mix it up yeah

11:03 so you're saying that the fish has to go good with a christmas salad yeah right so i think we have
11:08 plenty colorful green healthy stuff so brother what we need for your christmas salad well i
11:16 like my salads um natural so i really like salt and seasoning and those things too i like the normal
11:25 you like the salad yeah green like bush yes nice so we're going with kale today right we do some
11:32 carrots cucumber and you can incorporate the fruit as well so we have black grapes green apple and
11:40 red apple it's a luxury salad yeah yeah that's just high on apple and if you can't afford that
11:49 what are you going to use boy where are we going to use mango and raisins um we could do mango
11:56 pumpkin yes
11:57 why not
12:16 right talk to my brother all right so if we need to put your carrots nice good for the eyesight
12:22 i'll always make sure to see if it can hold

12:48 people and that's the same proportionate to how it is if you want your salad green if you want it

12:59 green apple very expensive salad you're not that everyday salad like you do a little christmas
13:10 and you mix it up on the inside
13:12 very simple that's really it and that's really our salad

19:13 as you can see so understand that we're gonna make our borsal sauce again yes so the borsal sauce is
19:20 the same ingredients that we had before the same broth yes put it back in the pot there it heat up
19:27 a little bit and understand that you're adding and make sauce. We will try the prongs. Yeah. The prongs are red hot. Red hot.
19:35 Yeah. I'm not gonna add wing sauce. We will try something because you're going to try it.
19:42 That's what I'm saying. You might like it.
19:48 I'm gonna throw in the rest of the sauce inside it the gravy the broth
19:57 I don't think I can make salad with red bull. I don't know if red bull has any fish wings.

20:55 and fruits that we have inside here and then after we have our Christmas salad and as you
