00:00 Well Chris, 3-2 defeat to Linfield today, what's your assessment and thoughts on that one?
00:04 I think, in coming away from the game, maybe disappointed we didn't take a point,
00:11 but on the other hand I think we have to take the positives away from the game and
00:16 how well we played and competed here today against Linfield. I think the boys showed
00:20 great character again. We created probably as many chances as Linfield, albeit they probably
00:26 had a wee bit more of the ball than us, but I think there's credit to the lads today. We've
00:31 come away with a bit of praise on behalf of the team, so we've just got to keep digging in and
00:40 keep trying to be together and keep putting in performances.
00:43 I know you're done going to lie, but what's it like being back and I know you're club captain
00:47 here now?
00:47 No, it's brilliant. It's been absolutely super. You look at the backroom team of
00:51 Rodney McAree, Dixie, Terry Fitzpatrick, Kuky and Ryan Harper and they're all boys that want
01:00 to be here and have the club at heart. Boys that I've worked with for a long time and coming back
01:06 and leading the team out on a Saturday is brilliant for me. It's proud for me to be
01:12 captain of my local club, but ultimately I want to just help the boys on the pitch and help
01:19 obviously with the younger lads as well because yes, they're inexperienced, but I'll tell you
01:23 what, they've a lot of energy and talent in that squad. It's my job on the pitch to keep them right
01:30 as well.
01:31 Finally, Tuesday night, your tough schedule obviously continues with a trip to Crusaders
01:35 and that'll be your first time back at Sea View since you left in the summer?
01:39 No, look, I left Crusaders in good terms and I'm friendly with everyone around there and I know
01:45 exactly how difficult it's going to be on Tuesday night. So look, we've got to recover right and
01:50 make sure the bodies are right and go again because I'll tell you what, it's going to be
01:53 another difficult challenge for us on Tuesday night.
01:55 Cheers Chris, top man.
01:56 Cheers.
01:56 Thanks.
