06:16 75 years have passed, we have not learned even after losing half of the country.
06:20 Two systems have come in this country,
06:23 one is military democracy and the other is civilian democracy.
06:26 Civilian democracy is worse because it is on hypocrisy.
06:31 They wear democratic uniforms and are kings from within.
06:34 They are the progeny of martial law, they are the progeny of loose people.
06:38 They have nothing to do with democracy.
06:40 Their attitudes and their communities do not have democracy.
06:44 And those whose communities do not have transparent elections,
06:47 they raise the slogan of transparent elections in the country.
06:49 Now the thing is what is the solution to this?
06:52 The solution is that they should do 50 of these things,
06:59 be it Chartered Democracy or Misaak-e-Jamuhriyat,
07:03 or whatever name they want to give it.
07:05 Whenever they get their own benefit in the next phase,
07:08 they will turn their backs on it.
07:13 What is the solution if this is not the solution?
07:18 Yesterday Imran Khan was praising the army,
07:24 today Shahbaz Shaikh is praising the army.
07:26 And if yesterday someone was just criticizing the political character of the army,
07:32 if someone dared to criticize the political character,
07:34 then PTI would say, Astaghfirullah, traitor.
07:37 He is a traitor and he used to say that he is a traitor and he is a security agent.
07:43 The people who criticized Bajwa Sahib,
07:48 he used to say that he is a friend of Modi.
07:57 He used to say that he is a friend of Modi and he is the father of the army chief.
08:00 And then he made the father Mir Jafar Mir Sadiq.
08:03 And the second thing is that the army needs those people who stand with them.
08:11 The courts need those people who decide for them.
08:14 The election commission needs those people who make them win.
08:16 The police FI needs those people who catch their opponents and put them in jail.
08:20 So the solution is one.
08:26 The first solution is that they should be ashamed that
08:31 in our history, we had the best municipal system.
08:36 If a farmer comes from the bottom and dies because of the municipal system,
08:41 then in 1772, their nature can neither change, nor can their habits change,
08:46 nor can their way of dealing with people change.
08:48 So your answer is that if their mood changes, then we can be in favor of them,
08:51 otherwise we can't.
08:52 And the last thing,
08:54 in a program, they said that they will solve the problems,
08:58 I said that these are the reasons for the problems.
09:00 How will they solve the problems that are the reason for the problems?
09:04 Because of them, we are not getting democracy,
09:06 because of them, we are not getting freedom,
09:08 because of them, we are not getting a good school, a good hospital,

09:14 So as long as they are there, this is Pakistan.

09:22 Look, we started the journey from where we started,
09:26 we need to go back there.

09:40 Do we see that level of participation today after 70-75 years?

09:53 Until they have a stake,
09:56 until they have decisions for their interests,
09:59 believe me, the situation can never change.
