00:00 So we've been working with Leeds, Scotland, Ireland in a residential camp based at Cardiff
00:18 University for the week where we've, it's all about the players development, players
00:22 exposure to international rugby, it's the first touch point for us as an under 18s group.
00:28 So we've been living and breathing together in the residence there, training sessions
00:34 against each team on a daily basis and just exposing them to the next level of rugby really.
00:40 So it's been a great week, real eye opener for the boys, pushed them to levels that they
00:46 haven't really been pushed before in terms of detail, work, so it's been real productive
00:52 and then it culminates in a festival style game like this where we play each other for
00:56 half hour games.
01:01 We want to learn to win, we want the boys to understand what it takes to win but what
01:06 comes down to is we get to know them, they get to buy into the principles that we've
01:10 been instilling all week and it's the first real point that they get together and see
01:17 what they're about.
01:18 So it's never going to be perfect, they have had limited time, three days training really
01:24 against opposition and it's a great exercise.
01:29 It's been great, we've been sharing ideas, giving feedback to each other, we haven't
01:33 kept all the info close tight, it's been a great crossover with the coaches, with the
01:40 players and they've had a real good week of it, living together at the halls.
01:46 Like I say, apart from the seven boys who were in the programme last year, it's been
01:53 probably a bit of an eye opener for them in terms of what it takes to play international
01:57 rugby but that's where we want to take them.
02:00 We want to be producing future regional and international players here and they're starting
02:05 out their journey so it's been a real productive week.
