00:21 A few vehicles were on the road on Quezon Avenue, on Araneta Avenue, past 12 noon yesterday. Later that day, a man was riding a bicycle on an oil tanker truck.

00:34 The man fell and was able to walk a few meters.

00:37 A motorcycle rider saw the truck turning and the bicycle suddenly fell.

00:43 The man was in a wheelchair and the truck rider tried to stop him.

00:49 I saw a wheel of a motorcycle that was moving and the truck was turning.

00:55 When the truck hit the tanker, the motorcycle and the wheel were on the left side of the vehicle with double tires.

01:12 The driver of the oil tanker truck, who is a subsidiary of QCPD Traffic Sector 4, is in Cusudiana. He said he's from Bataan and he will deliver diesel to a gas station in Quezon City.
