Russian Defence minister claims Kyiv's military resources are 'almost exhausted'
Russia's Defense Minister says that the Ukrainian army's resources are "almost exhausted". Speaking at a security conference in the Moscow region, Sergei Shoigu adds that Kyiv is "failing to achieve results," despite the "total support" from Western countries.
