Hey guys! Today I'm bringing you a college day in my life at Duke University! This college vlog is of my last day of classes ever, and on LDOC we have a big concert and lots of festivities! Hope you enjoy :)

00:18 Happy L-Doc.
00:19 That's what we call it here at Duke.
00:21 It's the last day of classes.
00:23 There's like a lot of fun events going on today.
00:26 I have my wristband.
00:28 I need to have this to get to the quad.
00:30 I thought I was going to like fully get ready right now,
00:34 but it seems a little extra to be wearing, I don't know,
00:37 just like a full ready outfit to breakfast.
00:41 I don't know why it seems extra,
00:42 usually 'cause I just like don't do that.
00:45 My tea is ready.
00:47 So yeah, I'm just gonna like go to Divinity Cafe,
00:52 which is one of my like favorite breakfast places
00:55 with my friend.
00:56 And we used to go there like all the time last year
01:01 when we lived on West Campus,
01:03 but now I just eat in my apartment usually.
01:05 So we're going to get breakfast
01:07 and then I'm gonna come back and get ready.
01:09 So I will show you my get ready process,
01:12 but hopefully we can do something with all this.
01:15 And then we'll do like some of the events
01:17 around lunchtime.
01:19 And then I have to go to a little class at 125
01:22 to have my anatomy class because, you know,
01:25 we still gotta learn things on the last day of class,
01:27 even though most people don't go to any class.
01:30 So yeah, that's the plan.
01:32 And then after that,
01:33 I probably will have to come back here
01:34 to like drop my stuff off, which is annoying
01:37 'cause it takes some time to come back here, honestly,
01:40 but that's okay 'cause it'll just still be like 2.40.
01:42 And like, I feel like things don't really start
01:44 to like 3, 4.
01:47 Yeah, I feel like I've been to enough LDOCs
01:49 that I know that like you really don't miss anything
01:51 when you're gone.
01:52 Like people are just kind of doing the same stuff.
01:54 So I don't really feel like a lot of FOMO

02:40 They have a bunch of like little events going on all day.
02:43 They have like this guy who makes like weird like pancakes
02:47 that have like pictures in them, if that makes sense.
02:49 They had like free massages, bunch of like food trucks
02:53 and just fun stuff overall.
02:56 So gonna go probably check that out
02:58 and then get my last Buffalo Mac and Cheese,
03:02 which is basically like a famous meal here at Duke
03:07 from one of like the little like campus vendors.
03:11 So I'm gonna eat that for the last time.
03:13 Probably not gonna sit well with my stomach, but it's okay.
03:17 And then I'm gonna go to my anatomy class.
03:20 People are probably going to be drunk in my anatomy class,
03:23 but I won't, I am 21,
03:25 but I just like don't feel like drinking all day.
03:27 That doesn't sit well with me.
03:30 So I'm not gonna do that.
03:32 But after that, I'm gonna come home and kind of get ready.
03:36 And my friend said the plan was to be on West around three.
03:39 My class ends at 2.40,
03:40 so I'll probably make it a little bit after.
03:42 But like I said earlier,
03:43 I'm not really worried about missing things.
03:45 And then all of the Dancing Devils are gonna meet
03:47 in front of the chapel at like six.
03:49 So we're gonna get some cute little Dancing Devils pics.
03:52 Basically there's like the main event today
03:55 is like this huge concert.
03:57 I don't know who's performing.
04:00 They usually get like a few like smaller artists,
04:03 but like people like still like people you should know.
04:06 Like one year, like T-Pain came,
04:08 one year, last year, Daya came.

04:29 about skipping my physics lecture.
04:31 I'm not going to pick my physics lecture today
04:33 'cause I truly don't learn anything in that lecture.
04:36 And my friend was like, if you go,
04:39 I will personally come and remove you from that class.
04:41 I was like, okay, not going.
04:43 But I am going to anatomy
04:44 'cause girl needs to learn about the head and neck.
04:48 Okay, time to get my outfit on.

05:49 The earrings are like Michael Kors or something.
05:51 I'm just wearing some Adidas.

05:55 'cause I just sprayed myself with some sunscreen.
05:57 Also my mom got me like, sent me a little care package
06:00 and that's where I got the sunscreen.
06:01 So thank you mom for making sure I don't get sunburned

06:06 So now I think I'm gonna go and do LDOC.

07:17 'cause they're just kind of playing like remixes of songs,
07:20 which is cool.
07:21 'Cause like, at least you know the music.

07:26 because the artists are usually like kind of small.
07:29 But, well not that they're small.
07:31 I just like, I never know them.
07:33 But yeah, I mean, LDOC was okay today.
07:36 They just like, they really cracked down on alcohol,
07:39 which like, so like,
07:41 they didn't really let anyone bring like any water bottles
07:43 in, which like probably didn't have like water in them,
07:46 if you know what I'm saying.
07:47 But like, I just brought like a couple of white claws,
07:51 which are like, like low alcohol content,
07:53 like sparkler, like spiked seltzers.
07:56 21, legal.
07:58 So like, that was fine.
08:00 But like everyone else,
08:01 because you couldn't really bring alcohol in,
08:03 they just kind of like dartied off campus,
08:05 which was kind of lame.
08:06 'Cause then usually everyone's always on campus on LDOC
08:09 and everyone's having a good time on the quad,
08:11 just like soaking up the sun.
08:13 And everyone was kind of like gone today,
08:16 which was kind of a bummer.
08:17 I kind of wish that like, I don't know.
08:20 It just definitely was different this year,
08:22 which wasn't very fun, but that's okay.
08:27 It's over now.
08:28 Me and my friend came back early,
08:29 'cause like we were just like kind of done.
08:31 We've like been running around since like early this morning
08:34 and I just wanted to like rest my feet and take a shower
08:37 to get the sunscreen and stuff off me.
