00:36 He said that before the program was launched, they only eat once a day.

02:19 Bitbit, the electronic benefits transfer or ABT card that can be used to buy nutritious food.
02:26 The beneficiaries immediately gathered to avoid scams or fraud.
02:30 The fingerprint of the owner of the card is also being checked.

02:36 In the food stamp credit, the budget for three types of food was cut immediately.
02:42 Php 1,500 was allocated for rice, corn and bread, Php 900 for fish and meat, Php 600 for chicken and pork,

02:56 The monthly aid will last for six months from the food stamp program for the pilot implementation.

03:07 We're expecting a scale-up of our pilot implementation by October.

03:19 But end of this month, we are actually setting another kickoff in Caraga, in Siargao.

03:32 The target of the DSWD food stamp program is set for a poor family in Minyok.
03:38 Among them are the poor families who earn Php 8,000 or less, the beneficiaries and some members of the four-piece.
