01:19 One of the most influential for me was Lucia Cruz Valdez.

01:24 She was training me one Saturday.

01:27 And she gave me one of the most really valuable lessons.

01:34 Learn to listen to people when you talk to them

01:37 and have conversations with them."

01:39 All of this, the guide questions, the research,

01:44 But the most important thing is to learn from the conversation.
