00:00 I'd say in my experience with the quarterback room is those young guys, you're trying to
00:04 put them in a position where they understand, like they're going through their checklist,
00:10 right? So you're looking at the shot clock, you're looking at the guys in the huddle,
00:13 you're looking at the personnel groupings that's in your own huddle, what's on the other side of
00:17 the football, you're evaluating, you know, who's on what side of the ball, you're looking at a
00:22 corner, you're looking at linebacker, you're looking at matchups, then all of a sudden you
00:25 break the huddle and you got a million things you got to check out, who the mic is and who the
00:29 protection responsibilities are, making sure our guys are aligned in the right spot, then you're
00:34 checking the clock again, so like there's a whole checklist and a thought process that's really even
00:38 before the snap, right? So all those things are happening and so for a young player you try and
00:44 break it down for them so that they can do it simply easy and allow them to play fast. So for
00:51 a guy like Tommy, he's going through that process each and every day and it's not always perfect,
00:55 but you're seeing the growth and you're seeing development and then you go see him execute in
01:00 a game like that and, you know, do some nice things, throw a touchdown and have some success
01:04 and that does nothing but just build his confidence.
