00:44 Welcome back to another episode of Kids so Amazing!
00:51 Yes, my name is Rodie and if you didn't know about this show, well you are about to find out.
00:57 This show was designed just for kids with incredible abilities, awesome talents and amazing stories.
01:07 Yeah, we are about to take you on a journey through Trinidad and Tobago to discover the beauty that lies within.
01:14 These kids are ready and eager to hit the stage.
01:17 You are ready for the first kid? Somebody say yeah!
01:20 Yeah!
01:23 Oh yeah!
01:26 I love the energy. So, before that we have to take a little break. You know that.
01:31 You know that. We will be right back with more Kids so Amazing!
01:36 [Music]
01:46 Yeah! Welcome, welcome back to Kids so Amazing.
01:53 Now guys, I had the pleasure of meeting this young man on a business trip to our sister isle, Tobago.
02:00 He is the youngest farmer in Tobago with the knowledge of an old man.
02:05 Yeah, I am telling you. Put your hands together for Jaylon!
02:11 [Applause]
02:16 What up Jaylon? Welcome, welcome, welcome. This is your house.
02:20 You invite me into your home. This is your home, right?
02:23 We are still paying off the coach and things but we are good.
02:26 How are you doing? You are good? Yes, I am fine, thank you.
02:30 Nice, nice. You are a gentleman, you are a gentleman.
02:33 So, you are a farmer, yeah? I see you have a bag there. What do you have in the bag?
02:39 Garden tools. You have your garden tools.
02:43 Alright, is that part of your business and your company?
02:49 Well, not really. I got it as a gift.
02:53 Oh, you got it as a gift so you can use it in your business so like someone invested in your company?
02:59 Yes. Who is that person? My auntie in America.
03:03 Papayou, you got international tools, my brother.
03:06 [Laughter]
03:07 That is what we are talking about.
03:08 Alright, you are going to be showing me a little bit about transplant, isn't it?
03:12 Okay. Yeah, because I green.
03:14 Tell me, what sort of plants you grow at home?
03:17 I grow lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, melons, peppers and cabbage.
03:31 And cabbage, wow.
03:33 [Applause]
03:35 Let's say you have a lot of people who call you and say, "Hey Gila, I need to get some cabbage, I need some tomatoes."
03:39 Do you have a lot?
03:41 I just have a lot.
03:44 A lot. Alright, so you are busy, just know you probably need a secretary.
03:50 Yeah, I think so.
03:52 So, outside of you planting, what is a regular day with Gila at home?
03:58 You know, you have now come from school. What is your routine like?
04:02 So, after school I would go and play golf.
04:06 Alright.
04:07 And after golf…
04:08 Oh, you play golf, you have a golfer too. What is the trouble in this, boy?
04:11 Alright.
04:12 And after golf when I get home, I would start doing some gymnastics.
04:18 Oh, you do gymnastics as well?
04:20 Yes.
04:21 So, you do gymnastics, you are a golfer and you are a farmer?
04:23 Yes.
04:24 And you are a ladies guy?
04:25 [Laughter]
04:27 You want to say, "He, he, he, he, he, he."
04:30 What you think as a young farmer, what you think between aquaponics and hydroponics?
04:37 Which one would you choose?
04:39 Hydroponics.
04:40 Well, and why you say you would choose hydroponics?
04:43 Because it is using less dirt and it is cool that I want to…
04:48 It is cool because I want to see how plants can grow with just water.
04:53 With just water.
04:55 [Applause]
05:04 Let's get it, let's get it. Come on, mommy, now.
05:07 [Laughter]
05:09 What are you laughing at?
05:11 Mommy camera shy.
05:13 [Laughter]
05:15 Mommy camera shy, make sure I get that close up.
05:17 Right, that is mommy and daddy in the audience there.
05:20 Yeah, yeah.
05:22 Say hi to mommy and daddy now.
05:24 Hi, mommy. Hi, daddy. Hi, Jenny.
05:27 Alright, mommy. So, when you realized you had an interest in farming?
05:33 Well, that was during the COVID time, the COVID period.
05:37 I started planting little lettuce and stuff like that.
05:41 And I saw he was interested in the stages of the lettuce.
05:46 So, he called his dad and he was like telling his father all about the process in which the lettuce grows.
05:53 And he wanted… he was fascinated.
05:56 So, we both said, okay, let us see how far he will go with it.
06:01 And we did not expect all of this.
06:06 Dad, talk to me about son.
06:10 Did you think that he would reach this far with the farming?
06:15 I always knew he would have excelled.
06:19 I mean, he was an exceptional child from birth.
06:22 I choose the entrepreneurial side because growing is one side.
06:26 And I wanted him to understand the commercial side.
06:29 So, we just decided, hey, we will put a table up on the road
06:32 and you can put everything outside and see for yourself.
06:36 And he marketed his own stuff.
06:39 He wanted his own Facebook page.
06:41 He did his own ads.
06:43 He did everything you do and he did.
06:45 We did not have to tell him. We did not have to push him.
06:48 So, it is not really surprising where he is sitting right now.
06:53 A true, true, true businessman, right?
06:57 Well, you are going to show me how to do the transplant, eh?
07:01 Yes.
07:02 That is what we are talking about.
07:03 Make some noise for Jaylon, everyone.
07:05 [Applause]
07:11 All right, Jaylon.
07:12 A green, right? I am a seed right now.
07:16 Picture me as a seed.
07:17 I do not know what it is going on here.
07:19 All I know, there is dirt.
07:22 That is it.
07:23 I do not even know what kind of plant is this.
07:25 This is a tomato plant.
07:27 Oh, you are taking off your jacket or something?
07:30 I am taking off mine.
07:31 All right, big man thing, you know.
07:33 You cannot get dirty.
07:34 You know, you have to take off your jacket.
07:36 I hope you are ready to get your hands dirty.
07:39 Bro, bro.
07:40 Say less, bro.
07:42 Say less. We have this.
07:43 That is what we are talking about.
07:46 Hmm.
07:47 Trouble is this, boy.
07:49 This man is serious business.
07:51 You do not know.
07:56 All right, cool.
07:57 We are self-sufficient.
07:58 We do not need to tell anybody nothing.
08:03 Right.
08:04 Talk to me.
08:06 So first, we will be transplanting our tomato seedlings from in here to in there.
08:12 Okay.
08:13 So this is tomato?
08:14 Yes.
08:15 Right.
08:16 Nice.
08:17 First, we will need some dirt.
08:19 We need some dirt, Oli.
08:21 Anybody have dirt?
08:24 No.
08:25 So, we will need some dirt.
08:28 So, we will need some dirt.
08:31 So, we will need some dirt.
08:34 So, we will need some dirt.
08:37 So, we will need some dirt.
08:40 So, we will need some dirt.
08:43 So, we will need some dirt.
08:46 So, we will need some dirt.
08:49 So, we will need some dirt.
08:52 All right.
08:57 Make sure it is nice and deep.
08:59 Does it cover the stem or just the roots alone?
09:03 Just the roots.
09:04 Just the roots alone.
09:05 Mainly the roots and the lower stem which would be right down there.
09:11 All right, nice.
09:14 Is it?
09:15 Yes.
09:16 Do we water?
09:17 Yes, but I need to tease out the dirt first.
09:20 What is that?
09:22 This side is to tease the dirt.
09:24 To tease the dirt?
09:25 Yes.
09:28 Now, time to water.
09:30 All right.
09:31 Don't put too much water.
09:33 Not too much?
09:34 No.
09:35 All right, Jilad.
09:36 So, we water.
09:37 We go to go there?
09:38 Yes.
09:39 So, we finish transplant.
09:40 Mm-hmm.
09:41 We just transplant, Oli.
09:43 Oh, yes.
09:48 A label on it.
09:49 You have a fancy label, don't you?
09:51 Okay.
09:52 All right.
09:53 So, we know what we are dealing with.
09:54 All right, nice.
09:55 Great job, my brother.
09:56 Thank you so much for teaching me that.

11:32 So, first and foremost, how are you doing?
11:36 Good.
11:37 Everybody good?
11:38 Everybody have a mic?
11:39 Two mics?
11:40 Yes.
11:41 All right, nice.
11:42 So, let's get the names now.
11:43 Start and not the end.
11:44 My name is Zachary Blackman.
11:46 Right.
11:47 And give me age one time.
11:48 I am 12.
11:51 Wait, Zachary, just now.
11:53 You say 12.
11:56 You say the group is from 9 to 12, but I am 13.
12:00 Oh, you turned 13.
12:01 Well, you see that guy there?
12:02 Yes.

12:08 I turned 13 in February.
12:09 Happy birthday, my brother.
12:10 That was a long time ago, though.
12:11 All right.
12:12 What is your name?
12:13 My name is Antonio Rambusad, and I am 12 years old.
12:14 Nice to meet you, man.
12:15 My name is Ehan Das, and I am 10 years old.
12:16 Nice.
12:17 My name is Mikhil Rachkumar, and I am 10 years old.

12:19 Nice.
12:20 And you?
12:21 I am 11 years old.

12:26 And you?
12:28 My name is Alejandra Prince, and I am 11 years old.
12:29 Alejandro.
12:30 That is what we are talking about.
12:31 When was your last performance?
12:32 As a group together for my graduation.
12:33 Okay, so you were performing at graduations as well.
12:34 Yes.
12:35 And how was that?
12:36 Good.
12:37 It was real good?
12:38 Yeah.
12:39 The ladies and things, they were like, "Oh, my gosh, the girls."
12:40 And you were like, "Oh, my gosh, the girls."
12:41 And you were like, "Oh, my gosh, the girls."
12:42 And you were like, "Oh, my gosh, the girls."

13:29 And you were like, "Oh, my gosh, the girls."
13:55 And you were like, "Oh, my gosh, the girls."
14:24 So each one of them is different in their own ways. The music is in their mind, in their heart, and music is universal.
14:34 And when we can share our art form for each child, they can share it to the world. And today they are sharing for other children to understand and love the music that they are doing.
14:48 Nice one. And I appreciate what you are doing for the young men as well in terms of passing on your knowledge. That's definitely important.
14:58 All of you, come to be sharp here to sit on the couch for the whole time. Are you ready to perform?
15:04 Yes. Are you ready to see you all perform? My brother asked me if I bring my dancing shoes. Yeah, Pinky bring her dancing shoes.

19:56 And my grandmother and my father.
20:00 And your daddy?
20:02 My daddy and my grandmother.
20:04 My sister and my grandmother too.

20:48 [Laughter]
20:50 Tell me who's your stylist?
20:52 Obviously my mom.
20:54 [Laughter]
20:57 You all have an amazing spirit. I love your personality.
21:01 Don't change for nobody.
21:04 I love you guys all and I hope you guys stay together.
21:08 Let's get a word from mommy and dad.
21:11 So mommy, when you realized she had such a bubbly personality?
21:15 Leal born with a bubbly personality.
21:18 You're born so? You're born so girl?
21:21 Yes.
21:22 You're born so? You're born so girl?
21:25 That's what we're talking about.
21:27 So when you realized she was into dance as well?
21:31 Well, Leal has been dancing before she even started to walk.
21:35 And when we took her to dance class, my other two daughters dance,
21:39 she used to be in the back learning all the routines as a baby, as a toddler.
21:44 And she would get all the moves down perfectly and go home and do the dance with them.
21:49 So we knew that eventually once she was of age,
21:53 once she was of age we knew that she would want to dance as well.
21:57 Nice. Nice.
21:59 I like to dance.
22:02 You love your mommy?
22:03 Me too.
22:04 You love your mommy all?

22:20 Where your mommy is? Where your mommy and daddy?
22:22 My mommy is in Kennedy Bridge.
22:26 Hi mommy, daddy.
22:28 Hi.
22:29 When you realized this young champion here was into dancing?
22:34 As soon as he started to walk.
22:36 As soon as he started to walk.
22:38 Yes, just like Liel, he basically used to watch his sister, his elder sister dancing
22:45 and just used to mimic everything that she did and try to perfect it.
22:52 Nice. I know your own kids are so amazing.
22:54 So where's your mommy?
22:56 My mommy is...
22:57 Is your mommy right there?
22:58 Yes, with the mic.
23:00 Yes.
23:01 Nice. Mommy, when you realized you had an amazing kid on your hand?
23:05 I think all the kids here have elder sisters in the XDA group.
23:09 So they all were in the background dancing.
23:12 They love it.
23:13 So personalities outshine everything.
23:16 Nice.
23:17 Olya, it's time to perform.
23:19 I know you ready for sure.
23:23 Olya ready?
23:24 I love my mommy.
