00:01 - I am Javier Botet, and I'm playing Dracula.
00:05 - Okay, and action!
00:06 - Javier Botet is an amazing creature performer,
00:09 one of the best in the world.
00:10 - And move.
00:10 - He will stop at nothing to bring anything
00:13 and everything to his role.
00:15 - My body is so aesthetic for horror creatures,
00:19 and because of my flexibility,
00:20 I can do a very weird movement.
00:22 - We call him Dracula.
00:24 - Since we had Javier playing him,
00:25 we should play to his strengths.
00:27 So we've covered him, but we haven't really changed that much
00:30 of him, we're still using him as a basis.
00:32 - The cheeks, the nose, lips, it was like five hours.
00:37 - The devil is real.
00:40 - It's very important to have an actor of his quality
00:43 because the other actors can then relate to him.
00:45 - I kind of avoided seeing Dracula,
00:47 and I really genuinely got afraid.
00:49 - The way he moves, it was so frightening.
00:53 - Search the ship everywhere.
00:55 [dramatic music]
00:56 - The man, the man.
00:57 - It was hard, so when I see a frame with the rain
01:00 and everything in the creature,
01:02 it's like, okay, everything worth it.
01:05 - May God have mercy on us all.
01:07 [dramatic music]
01:10 Oh my God.
01:12 (dramatic music)
01:15 (whooshing)
