00:05 He was found on the street with 16 injured victims,

00:08 known as Tony Lazaga, 51 years old, who teaches in a school in the so-called town.

00:14 The victim came from the birthday celebration in Bacolod.

00:18 There is no CCTV in the area, so it is not yet known who and how committed the crime.

00:23 The victim's cellphone was lost, but his laptop and wallet were left.
