00:07 Yeah, Vito, well deserved. And here's the thing. When you look at how the Detroit Lions view their
00:14 roster, they really do want to reward those that put in the work that are maybe not the most
00:21 talented players, but those that are going to grind and demonstrate the grit that this football
00:26 team is all about. And Khalif Raymond, like Dan Campbell said, self-made man is an individual that
00:32 had come in now in 2021 and has steadily really earned the respect of the roster, the front office,
00:38 the coaching staff, and all the fans in Metro Detroit because of his willingness to put in the
00:43 work, willingness to, you know, do everything that the coaching staff asks, willing to contribute on
00:50 special teams. And I think that's just a real great sign for an organization to reward a player
00:56 by giving them a hefty raise, two more years to be part of this organization. And last year, you
01:02 recall, he had that great return for a touchdown and I believe it was against the Jets. And you
01:08 recognize that, hey, this is a player that embodies everything that this football team is about.
01:14 Gritty, tough, maybe not the most talented, but will make up for it by a significant margin by
01:21 the work that he puts in. And when you see the reaction of the, of the, of his teammates,
01:26 they're all happy that Khalif Raymond, who can be a productive wide receiver. You saw last year
01:31 towards the end of the year, he was being targeted heavily by Jeric Goff in the deep passing game.
01:37 So not, he's not just limited to being a returner. This is a versatile player that works hard
01:42 and that has really crafted a role in the organization. And it's also a good sign,
01:48 Vito, that the front office recognizes an individual that puts in the hard work and they
01:53 give him a two-year contract extension and really allow him to be comfortable as he enters the 2023
