00:00 kind of known as a first and second down two down guy.
00:03 That's kind of always been a run plugger.
00:04 It's kind of been my niche.
00:05 Well, we had an opportunity to showcase a nickel and dime packages now getting the
00:09 pass rush, rush after the passer.
00:10 And along those lines, it's been awesome, especially for
00:14 the other guys in the room.
00:16 Getting to showcase that, hey, some guys can't play the run,
00:18 some guys can't pass rush.
00:20 Bringing more to the table than what you just defined and labeled as.
00:24 It's been huge for the competition and ultimately it makes everybody better
00:27 players.
00:28 We've all been put in positions of competition in this camp from when we
00:32 first got in July up until now.
00:34 And so the room is deep.
00:35 The Pittsburgh defensive line room, whoever's here,
00:39 they will not have a shallow room.
00:42 It'll be very deep.
00:42 It'll be guys that can play one through seven, one through six,
00:47 however many, one through eight, even if.
00:49 So I'm excited to see where this last preseason game takes this room and
00:55 it's just been a great journey.
00:56 >> Is it, is getting the chance to rush the pass rush as cool as it would seem?
01:00 >> Yeah, it's cool being out there on third down, I'll say that.
01:05 But just getting to showcase my offseason work.
01:09 We all work, we all can rush the passer, we all can play the run.
01:12 But to get to showcase it, to get to be out there and
01:17 show what the hard work you put in the offseason, it's awesome.
01:20 And then you combine that with the tools and the skill set,
01:25 the coaches here provide you with, the older players,
01:27 even the younger guys, they pour into each other.
